Have an update…last night tried to print again PLA and ABS without AMS, directly from spool to extruder not via hub and everything is fine. No clogging whatsoever. So now I think the problem is with the AMS or hub? but I dont know where. Still need to trace all over again.

Hi, here is my thread about this topic… for me it was a component in the AMS. It was only one or two months old from memory. Easy to test. Try and print without the AMS… if it works the problem is in there..

Thx so much. I’ve read your writting this morning and going to open up the AMS when I get home because all worked fine without AMS.

To me it looks like the part split when it was put together at the factory. If this is your problem you can print a fix and I believe it is stronger than the replacement they sent.
