Here’s a really cheap way to add a little more light for the default camera in a P1S. It’s a 1-meter white pseudo-neon LED strip for around $3 and a USB to 5V converter for $1. I added a short USB-A to USB-C power-only cable that was left over from some other purchase and threaded it through the little access hole at the top/right of the P1S. The strip tucks under the margin of the AMS quite nicely with the edge (where the light is) pointing in the right direction! It’s not a super bright light once the dark glass lid of the P1S has had its way, but it’s just enough to brighten up the recordings with the built-in camera which were a touch too dark for my taste.

Maybe put this in Bambu Lab P1 Series as it’s not MakerWorld related.

Sorry! not intentional. I thought I was posting in the general area. Is it something I can move (and if so how?) or will it be easier just to delete this and repost? (If an admin can move it by all means do so, thanks) Oh wait, I think I found it. The tagging system isn’t very intuitive!
No worries, the categories aren’t the best That’s a sweet mod!
