Hi, I’ve had my A1 for 4 months and the first layer has always come out perfect. For a few prints, however, I have had a first layer that generates wrinkling, as you can see in the photographs. The wrinkling always appears in the same position while the rest of the layer remains perfect as at the beginning.
I use an A1 with Bambu Pla Basic filament
I’m printing on a large surface so I’m using a glue stick to avoid the edges from rising, but I don’t use it excessively.
Can someone help me understand what’s happening?
Could it be a difference in temperatures for this part of the bed ?
How can I measure the temperature difference?
The only way to do that it’s using a digital thermometer as the printer does not have such feature. At least you will be able to see if your bed is heated properly everywhere
I reset to factory state and redid the calibration. The problem has disappeared
I am also having this problem. In the middle of this print right now, but will do the full recalibration after this print, print again, then share the results.
I have the same problem, tell me if you have been able to fix it please.
Nope. Still doing it …
… Maybe I didn’t dry this roll of PETG. I’m using Basic PETG settings… Then again, I did just notice the Spool getting a little stuck on itself… maybe the filament is sticking to itself, tugging away from the extruder… ?
Nah, seems like the filament was kinked over itself in the spool… well, I’m on the walls now, so I have to wait to print again to see if I still have the problem after I put the spool in a dryer.
Clean the nozzle, Automatic leveling calibration
Nah, did that already.
I did re-dry the filament but also switched to a new textured plate without glue or hairspray. Got very good results now.
I had that problem like that and I solved it by tightening 4 screws behind the Hotend.
See the first 2 photos in the link below.
