Technically they do sell it but you have to buy the camera to get it.
Instead of replacing it I would just go with a webcam or pi-cam. I use a pi-cam.
Same here updated one month ago and camera stopped working.
Dang, I’ve just noticed that Shipping is 25$ on top of the 30$ of the cam. That’s bad.
Depending on the age of the printer, you might want to check with the store you bought it from. Got mine from a store in Canada and when my nozzle heating assembly dird, Bambu lab said it’s not covered under the warranty, my store replaced it for free, I just had to pay the shipping.

I have been suffering from the problem for months and I bought a new camera and it did not work. Suddenly I found it working and then it stopped after a day. I found some people saying to try an electronics cleaning spray and I tried it and now it is working even though I contacted the company and they said I must replace the entire board? This is really strange.

My A1 Mini camera has been down for months now. There is some obvious issue that Bambu does not want to deal with. They keep saying “buy a new camera or buy a new board”. Then the new stuff works for a week or so, and back to the same issue, Horrible customer service.

I just noticed mine has the same issue (I barely ever use it, but I wanted to check something and realized it doesn’t work), but that’s okay, the stock camera was MEGA bad, I just placed a Wyze V4 next to the printer and I can’t be happier with the quality/responsiveness.
I would not have problem investing $30 into this AMAZING printer to have it fully functional, but the stock camera just isn’t worth it.

FW 01.07.00.00 brings back the camera and LED.

I updated to 01.07.01.00 unfurtunately the cam nor the light is still not working…
My one and half old A1 mini camera started to fail a month or so ago, so I contacted support and they said have you tired this, that and the other, which of course I already had after reading posts like this one before contacting them, they then said because my 12 month warranty was over I would have to buy a new camera module to see if that was the issue…!! So I simply replied that here in the UK will have a law that states anything sold should be of a good quality and last at least 6 years and consumers are within the law to ask for a Repair, replace or refund…! (I copied and pasted the part from a consumers website - Martin Lewis) a couple of days later I get a reply simply asking for my address to send the camera too and a few days later the camera arrived and I swapped it out and its now working fine. So if your in the UK don’t just cough up more money, insist and state your consumer rights as companies hope you don’t know them and get more of your cash…!
It’s been going in and out after it was out for a month and on for a week, then it stops working again. Same from my PC, updating firmware hadn’t helped… Ok so I went to start this print and the camera wasn’t working AGAIN so I power cycled, checked all wires without removing anything and nothing. Last ditch, let’s let it update the FW again ok sure, no camera start the print still no camera at 9% but I opened the app just to check time remaining and camera works??? This is sorcery, look Imma go down a lil rabbit hole here but what do we hate most? An issue we can’t solve, we can’t trace. What would most of us do if we had the money, just get the new hotness forget this old trash right? Man, an intermittently working camera in an old and smaller unit might just push people to get a new printer, might as well upgrade… That’s the scam if there is one. Bambu better get ahead of this, fix some things on their FW & backend. There are other options, I love my A1 Mini… Stop intentionally breaking my stuff so you can get more $$$.

Find a fix for this, just like the sparky heatbed cable fix and renew my faith this isn’t a scamy company (aside from the shipping fees, red flag numero uno).
To me the bigger issue is the light. I think we can all agree that the camera is terrible and a webcam is an easy upgrade but the LED light not working is a bigger issue for me having done the Panda Lux LED light strip mod. Both the light and camera not working properly points to a problem on the board as opposed to just the camera 
the solution which helped me with this problem:
- i’ve started printing
- tried to turn on the camera and the flashlight
- got the message that the camera is broken
- put my pc into sleep mode
- after work i switched on the pc, saw the same message near the camera, but i pushed the play button again and after a small delay it started working as good as new (the printing progress still wasn’t completed)
also i can say that i haven’t ever used bambu handy and if you do, so maybe it can cause the problem when you start the printing, turn on the camera and move the app in the tray for a while 
After the update the camera and light stopped working. Not buying hardware.
