My refund has been issued this morning (UK)… no voucher as yet
what’s your rough timeline / when did they receive your printer? They’ve had mine at their warehouse for 8 days now.
My refund was just issued this morning as well (US). They have had printer since 2/13. I am seriously doubting I ever see this voucher. I guess at this point I’m just happy to get the refund. Here is what they said about it:
“The discount code will be uniformly sent to the customer’s Bambu account, so this will take time.”
I dont get why its so hard to give a discount code. Could be waiting forever based on that. I really wish they would just let us use the $80 for parts or filament too.
It was marked as delivered by the courier on Monday 12th Feb… so 8 days.
Guessing you must be there or thereabouts.
Seems they are trying to restrict who can use it, as well as what it is spent on.

That sounds weird. Like they want to wait until everyone has sent their printer back? The voucher initially was promised directly when the refund was issued.
Yeah that’s exactly how it sounds to me. Was thrown off by that sentence.
It contradicts the automated message I got 3 days ago that said 6-10 days which I thought was bad enough:
“A refund will be issued within 5-7 working days after receiving the returned items, and a voucher will be issued to your accunt within 6-10 working days after receiving the returned items.”
(yes thats how the automated message spelled account…)
I sent a message back asking for clarification. Uniformly makes no sense.
That’s interesting that they stated a certain amount of days. To me they said only: „Discount vouchers will be issued to you later, so please be patient and we will try to speed this up.“
I got the same message about the voucher will be issued later. I’ve responded back on support ticket stating as per the post on the BL blog regarding the recall that I wish to “switch to another Bambu Lab model immediately and continue printing, we will provide an additional $80 discount voucher”
I’m in the same situation. Printer was delivered to their warehouse on the 8th February and I’ve heard nothing since, despite something that I found in their FAQ’s that refunds would be processed in 5-7 business days from receipt of the printer. Further support tickets raised seeking information seem to have been ignored. I’ve been forced to order a printer today as I can’t wait any longer. Not having the printer has already cost me several print jobs. I would go elsewhere but I need a printer that can handle multiple colours. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have issued the vouchers immediately on receipt of the printer. I’m assuming that the discount voucher was intended to be a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience, but that’s turned out to be pretty hollow. I can’t be the only user in this position. It remains to be seen whether Bambulabs will honour the discount vouchers retrospectively, or, at the very least, allow them to be used against the purchase of other items. If not then the offer of a discount was cynical in my opinion.
So that’s me done, it took a while but we got there.

Lucky. My ticket just got updated with due to the large number of tickets currently available it will take some time for discount coupons to be issued.
Just hope printers are still in stuck by time mine is issued.

same, mines been at their warehouse since the 12th, that’s approaching 10 working days!
From their email:
it may take approximately 1-3 days for the local warehouse to receive and inspect the items returned before we can process the refund for your printer (including tax and shipping fee).
So i received both the credit and voucher yesterday and have ordered a P1S. I’m still waiting on a response regarding the extra nozzles but its not been too bad. The voucher was actually for £76 so not too bad. If i dont get a credit for the nozzles it will be annoying but i wont exactly be out of pocket.
My replacement is being delivered today… excited as wasn’t expecting the delivery until Saturday. Hope everyone else who ordered up in the last few days is getting theirs too!
US here… received my refund two days ago… Still waiting on the $80 credit voucher. Bambu Lab sent me the refund email but then said the discount voucher will be issued to me later. Not sure why the delay in the credit voucher, when they said that once my return is processed through the warehouse and refunded that I would receive the voucher. Now I have to wait? I’m just trying to order another printer so I can get back to it.
They have had my printer since 2/12 and I haven’t heard a thing. Guess it’s not on a first-come-first-serve basis. You’re lucky you are as far along as you are.

I think they caved because I messaged them every day asking about the voucher… Received mine in my email this morning.
