I now have my voucher and have ordered the P1S, was this some big ploy to get rid of a load of P1S stock I love the P1S anyway as we already have one so know what to expect. I will just be annoyed when they come out with a new version next month or something
In UK and still awaiting a return label for nearly three weeks, feeling totally let down, initial response was great but since then a total shambles
I was also waiting ~3 weeks in the UK and got my refund yesterday and voucher today, hopefully yours will be processed soon.
Did this apply to the A1 mini?
You know guys there is a cultural issue here! The Chinese New Year was February 10th this year… Who would expect a sober response to a money question in the US or Europe for that matter on January 2nd? Just saying, look beyond your own culture to try and understand the other guy’s life. And don’t forget it is the busiest retail season of the year in both cultures…
Just got my refund but I am still waiting for the voucher.
You are all pretty lucky! Bambu got my printer back in the original packaging on February 12th, and I haven’t heard a single word. No refund. No voucher. No word that they have it. Nada =/ So frustrating. Now, all of my tickets have disappeared.
Mine arrived the same day as yours (USA). I just wish I knew that they at least had it. UPS says they do. No refund, voucher, nada. Did you spam them to get a refund?
I got my coupon code and it looked like my refund was pending, then the next day I got an alert from my CC company that the refund had been canceled. WTF is that about?? They now have the printer in hand.
Is there an expiration date on the UK return gift certificate?

They had no problems with telling us to send it back though. I sent mine back well after the Chinese New Year, it’s been there since Mar 1st, and not even a response to my ticket to them on it. I emailed them earlier in the week, and sent a follow-up today.

Same issue from my side here in Italy. no label, no answer after more than one month since the first ticket.
Received a refund and the codes a couple of days later. Problem is they gave me bad codes and have been waiting over a month for them to respond and correct.
Bad codes? meaning they don’t work?
Me too, I’ve tried multiple times on printers and filament/accessories of various total price but my code doesn’t work with anything and still waiting for support to reply.
Yea they sent me 2 of the same codes on my refunds and haven’t gotten it fixed in over a month
