Well it took three and half months with no communication to get my heating bed replaced and make me do all the manual work after just spending almost $1000. Then to rub salt in the wound they still
Haven’t given me my “credit” as they promised for atonement for this hell. Zero response in three weeks still and counting. This company is awful
My credit took about a week.
Bambulab responded to my support ticket last night after 29 days of total silence and 10 attempts by me to get them to escalate the matter. 11 or 12 attempts if you count the second ticket I felt forced to open - which may have done the trick since they did respond to that one after only 2-3 days, lol.
Unfortunately they’ve failed to say anything useful, have gone off in a totally different direction, and ignored their earlier promise of a refund on this printer.
They are clearly completely incompetent and it would be laughable if I wasn’t out over $650.00 and owned a printer for a week that I haven’t touched in four months.
Hi all, I purchased 2- A1’s and both were within the recall group. I opted to keep one and return the other.
Did the recall for the first A1 and returned it, not a single issue.
Went to do the recall process “replacement heat bed” for the second machine and it won’t allow me to do so. I ended up sending in a ticket with the printer sn as well as order number in early March. Support said they are closing my ticket yet my issue has not been resolved!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Microcenter sure seemed squirrely about my exchange, the cashier wasn’t sure if they would still accept the returns from models purchased in December… They did, but sure made me sweat. They apparently require the box from the original purchase, otherwise they were stealing the box from the new printer to put on the old returns
