10 days and still waiting for reply to my ticket with pictures I sent in, not even an acknowledgement yet.
Anyone else still waiting?
10 days and still waiting for reply to my ticket with pictures I sent in, not even an acknowledgement yet.
Anyone else still waiting?
I am not sure what the processing order is: ticket#, alphabet, lotery or all three.
Anyway: I sent my photos last Saturday and received a confirmation e-mail this morning that all looks good and I will receive my voucher within two days. Hope all of you still waiting get a respons soon!
Well, looks like support has turned on turbo mode: got my voucher today
Did this not go through the ticket system?
yeas but the end of the ticket resolution it says it will be emailed to you…notice how i kept prodding them to respond also… on a positive note your 3 month voucher expiration period will extend
If it wasn’t for the non-transferable voucher towards a new printer not coming until the very last stage, I would have bought a P1S with two AMS units and the bridge thing that connects them already while I wait for them to get their stuff in order.
Then, get the A1 boxed up and waiting, I can live with a delayed refund.
But throwing away £76 because it can’t be used for anything else and I don’t need what would be a 3rd printer (I also have an A1 mini) is frustrating.
They didn’t have to do that twice when they had responded to my ticket. But I guess they had approved and send overwork to give the discount code.
No idea if it is a coincidence but I’ve been waiting almost two weeks for a reply from BL after sending in my photos , which I did by just directly replying to my ticket email chain, when yesterday I decided to actually open my ticket on the support page and add my photos directly that way.
Four hours later I have had a response, now just waiting for voucher code.
I’m 22 days without a response to my recall request, despite a couple of nudges.
I received my last reply on February 5th. Since then, no question has been answered and I am still waiting for the replacement heatbed.
Finally got my voucher code at lunch time today.
Just waiting for some things to come back in stock at BL before using it.
I think uploading pics directly on the support ticket webpage seemed to spur BL to action.
Anyway, all done and happy now not that my printer had an issue but I do have a spare heatbed now & a voucher so can’t be bad.
I can’t remember who posted it, and I can’t find the thread to give them credit, but…
There was a suggestion made on one of the recall threads about using the chat feature and asking for a “Live Agent” well, I did that on Wednesday, the person seemed overwhelmed, and while I didn’t get an immediate answer I was told that the heatbed replacement agent would get back to me on my ticket as soon as possible. Thursday my ticket was updated with shipping info and Friday I got a shipment notification from FedEx!
That “workaround” may get overwhelmed, but as of now it seems to work!
Oh that was me! Happy to see that your replacement bed arrived on your doorstep!
I looked for the post for like 20 minutes to give you credit! FedEx, in typical FedEx fashion screwed the delivery up for 3 days, but it finally got here yesterday and I installed it last night. Now, I gotta figure out if I should buy $120 worth of filament, or maybe I need another printer lol
May 16th. No replacement heatbed. No voucher. No shipping notice.
I have been waiting for a new bed since Feb 2nd. I elected to change my bed and get the $120 in credit. It was accepted. It was randomly closed in April as resolved. I have requested when I will received the new heat bed with no avail. I have no feedback. I would like to use my printer again. I have a bunch of prints to make. You can only communicate through the app, and it frustrates me. Any tips from anyone??
well it was a little disappointing having my New Year 3D printer “recalled” within a week or so of receiving it.
But my experience has been pretty good received a refund within a couple of days of Bambu UK receiving the printer, and the voucher a couple of days after that.
went for a P1S, which turned up today and looks to be working well.
I don’t feel I’ve been treated too badly.
(unlike say HP where I had months of being jerked around before giving up and buying a Kyocera)
Question what is the return shipping address in Germany?
Maybe so but Porsche or Volkswagen AG are not sending ABS computers, water pumps or airbags to customers at their homes for self-installation. A) they would never dream of it B) their lawyers would never permit it and C) the relevant authorities (Tuv?) would literally come down on them like a ton of bricks.
Tips? Yes. Pursue a claim through your bank or credit card company. If you are exceptionally bothered by the situation you might also file a complaint with the Attorney General for the state of Texas. You can do this online very easily. It takes only a few minutes.
I’m a very fair-minded individual - but when a company ignores me after repeated attempts to reach them over a period of weeks then the gloves come off.
