A1 Series Firmware V01.06.10.33 Now in Public Beta!

I ordered two AMS Hubs for my A1 and A1 Mini. They will be delivered tomorrow. Is it possible to get the Beta Firmware as a download? I joined the beta firmware program some weeks ago, but haven’t seen the update yet.

Because it hasn’t been proven to work yet?

Honestly you’d have to what, wait a couple extra days/week to order them to ensure that you’re gonna get what you pay for? Its the A-frickin-1; not a machine built for business.

well at least you acknowledge its self-inflicted.

I bought two AMS Pro 2 and two AMS HT when they were released  Two of them work fine with an H2D and the others are waiting for the A1s. I had a lot of printers before the X1 was published. Since I preordered the X1C I’m happy with every bambu printer. I also tested other printers (IDEX, Sovol S4, Snapmaker J1), but sold them because I was disappointed. So I was sure the A1 support will be ready to go some time.

At the end of the day they are a corporation willing to sell your soul to satan for a cornchip.

I can understand this logic if it were some person in their basement doing this with a shoestring budget but a corporation never deserves your unwavering support.

I’d like to download the beta Firmware since the new hub is coming today. I joined the beta group a long time ago already, but there is no new firmware to see. Bambu Handy is on 3.8.0 already and Bambu Studio on 2.3.0.70

I was pretty excited about this feature coming live and I knew would require some sort of additional accessory in order to achieve AMS connectivity.

BUT, having to choose between the AMS Lite or the AMS 1/2 Pro/HT is looking more like a money grab pitch… So I want 9 colors I have to use (2) AMS’s & (1) AMS-HT then let the AMS Lite collect dust.
or
I could continue using the AMS Lite, buy the adapter then connect (1) AMS System & (1) AMS-HT be able to dry certain filaments AND have the added benefit of using cardboard spools that are bent or damaged from shipping etc on the AMS Lite…

I much rather of had the ability to simply connect (2) AMS Lite’s…
Hopefully this changes and you’ll push the release out a bit to polish the firmware because It definitely doesn’t seem so ideal for users unless a majority love buying the AMS 1/2/HT enough to replace and ditch their AMS Lite’s for 16x color printing…

Does anyone have this Beta version installed already? I’ve joined the Beta program today, so I’m afraid I’m further back in the queue.

I joined a few weeks ago, it says I was accepted but I do not have access to the new firmware. I’m hoping I get it before my hub arrives.

Yes to everything that you said. Buying a new AMS is expensiv. Almost the cost of a A1mini.

Some got access. Also joined at the beginnig of the month but still no access to the firmware. -.-

I’m tired of drying the desiccant in the printed case for the AMS Lite.
I’m tired of using an external spool when using PETG-CF.
I want to be able to print multicolor when using PETG-CF.
I want to be able to use the PLA support interface for printing with PETG-CF filament.

I’m really looking forward to it.
The AMS 2 Pro truly expands the capabilities and usability of the A1 series printers. I’m willing to pay for it.
I plan to buy the H2C when it’s released, but I still want to buy the AMS 2 Pro for my A1 and A1 Mini.
I’ve been in the beta program for almost a year, but the firmware update isn’t available to me.

A bit frustrating to have the hardware here (buffer and power adapter), software updated, but no firmware. I’ve been signed up for the beta program for months now - when will the firmware be pushed to my device?

i cannot believe the amount of people who ordered a product before the software was officially released outside of beta and are now shocked that it doesn’t work

i’m sorry but what the heck.
