Much better now. I wouldn’t say the screws were “loose” or falling out, but they certainly weren’t tight. They are now and as I said much better. There is still clicking, but only during printing the little purge blob, at the front of the build plate. That blob is not as much material as it used to…

I cranked down on the four screws pretty aggressively, using the short end of the allen key in the screw an the long end for leverage.
