So I’ve seen this issue or something like it on a few posts and I went over to the Bambu Store to look for parts and found only the belt.
That’s a bit of a concern. I know there are parts that Bambu will ship though their support network like the USB-c cable, but what if your printer is out of warranty and your doing the work adhoc? Does this mean, since you can’t buy the part from Bambu, you are SOL? This seems like an artificial barrier. DO these printers last forever? No, but is the increase in revenue on a whole printer so great that you would want your customer base to buy a new printer rather than repair theirs?
If the printer is out of warranty, they will send you an invoice and still get you the part if you need it.
Although, I think it is odd that they will sell it to you, but not have it in the store. My guess is that they are using a different distribution network for “non wear” parts.
They don’t stock those parts in store, but if you open a support ticket and request it, they will create an invoice for you to pay and get the part. For example an x axis assembly.
Annoying and an extra step that takes of course 1-2 day due to comm delays, but yknow
