Just wondering if anyone else with A2L finds the fan noise very laud? I have A1 which is very quiet compared to A2L and A1 mini with I would classify as almost silent.
I run A1 and A2L alongside each other but all I can hear is the loud fan on A2L and the high pitch.
I decided to measure up the decibels and its far lauder then the stated 52db (see photo).
Is there anything that could be done to print at standard speed but a bit quieter? A2L prints beautifully otherwise.
Decibels really only mean things if distance is included. How close was the measurement taken from? Any vids of your issue with an onboard mic?

I was standing by the machine when measuring db.
Again not being rude but “by the machine” is real hard to put into the formula
L2 = L1 - 20 * log10(R2 / R1)
in order to translate your db rating to apparent power / compare against others
It seems to be a quality control, I’d contact Bambu support
The volume is excessive its a massive shame because the rest of the device is a bit quieter than A1. However trying to get a recording on an iphone is hard because the iphone supresses it.
Under the excessive fan tone is a high pitch slightly variable tone. According to a decibel meter at circa 15cm its 60db. On the A1 its 45db

Its way louder, and sat about a metre away I am very aware of the print now, where as A1 it was more like back ground noise
