So while trying to fix a clog I accidentally pulled to hard on the Bowden tube that is closet to the extender and now the fitting is not staying should I just replace it or is there an easy solution
How do you even make a new post? Am I dumb or something? No option to create a new post anywhere.

Hello, I’ve been having problems with my AMS Lite for my A1 mini for some time. Slot 2 on my AMS no longer works. The error message is always: Filament is tangled… or: Filamdent could not be pushed into the extruder. Of course, I have already contacted support and have already solved some problems. Motors 1 & 2 replaced, filament hub cleaned and even the AMS mainboard replaced under warranty. Nothing brought a solution. The error occurs often, but can sometimes be resolved after a few repetitions. The error appears as follows: AMS pushes, stops, error occurs. It can be seen that the AMS only moves the filament a little and not up to the stroke, then the error mentioned above occurs. Of course, I informed support about this after replacing the mainboard and the answer is still pending. But I thought I would ask someone in the community for advice. Can’t be the only one with this problem? The strange thing is, I have a second A1 mini with AMS Lite and the same error appeared a few days after the first error from the first mini. Both were purchased new from Bambu about 10 days apart. Of course I also wrote this to support and for the second one there was a motor to replace under warranty. It didn’t help either… so I would be grateful for any help.
Hey! I recently bought an ams lite for my a1 mini printer. When trying to load filamt i get this error messege. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Unable to feed filament into the extruder. This could be due to entangled filament or a stuck spool. If not, please check if the AMS PTFE tube is connected.
AMS Not Being Detected – Update Issues
My AMS is not being detected. It shows no filaments loaded, and the option to load filaments is grayed out. No LED lights turn on, and when I try to insert filament into the feed hole, nothing happens.
However, the printer does detect the AMS in the update menu—it shows that the AMS needs an update, and that notification disappears when I disconnect the AMS. But that’s the only sign of detection.
When I tried updating the printer and AMS together, the update failed. So, I disconnected the AMS and updated the printer first, which worked. Then, I tried updating the AMS alone, but it repeatedly failed at 99%.
Everything was working perfectly until yesterday when I attempted to print something from my PC using the Bambu Studio app. My printer wasn’t showing up as an option no matter what I did, which had never happened before.
Has anyone experienced this issue or found a fix?
apparently you have to make a bunch of replies to other posts first to earn “trust”? which seems curious because i have my own problem and no helpful advice for other people. =\
apparently enough replies is supposed to make you trustworthy and able to post your own issues? i think.
Since day 1 I have had issues with my second slot not recoiling the filament back. It feeds in but on recoil it just spools everywhere. If I push the feeder slot back it recoils. Can’t leave printer alone to do multi colour print. Any help is appreciated
I’m also having this issue. I need to post a NEW question and can’t figure out why I can’t post!
When printing, the first layer is always uneven, but when I divide the calibration, the first layer turns out just great.
