Added a note about shipping delay during checkout

Ordered the 29th here, same situation. Sad month for the company to do this in. Knowing how many people use their printers, you’d think they would’ve been prepared but I mean hey, they have nothing to lose because every single one of us will still continue to use them simply because of how much time you save using their printers. Don’t get me wrong, I love the stuff I get from here but some people bought early enough to complain. If you bought something prior to December, it undoubtedly should be here before Christmas. If it’s not there is something seriously wrong. I’ve spent so much money on Amazon because they haven’t sent my filament from here yet and won’t respond to any ticket so getting a refund is practically impossible.

You do know there’s a cash back option, don’t you? Check it out with your bank and see what they need you to do to launch the cash back process.

It’s the same here (Italy), but the problem doesn’t seem to be the courier. They are opaque about the status of the stock, not responding and just taking the money for what is probably a non-existent stock.

I’m pretty sure I’ll finally get my printer, but not for Christmas, as expected. Too bad it was a gift for my son. I can live with this, but taking an upfront payment based on false stock availability or shipping times is BAD.

For clarity, do you mean Charge Back?

Did u receive it yet? ???

I ordered my a1 nov 25

I ordered A1 with AMS and some adittional stuff on 25. november as well, but I have not recieved anything. Stuff is somwhere in mid transportation process, but printer is still waiting for shipment! What a disapointment

Unfortunately, it doesnt seem like they are processing orders based on the order date. There are a few people now which received their printers at a later order date (I ordered on Nov 29th and it will be delivered either today or tomorrow)…

I would open a support ticket and say that you will take legal action if there is no adequate response or shipping during the next days. I did that and maybe that helped for a faster delivery…

We have shared an update about the delivery here: An Update on Black Friday Order Delays - #16 by Square3D

Please note that if you are unable to wait for the items to be delivered and instead, you would prefer to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team here: General Ticket - Bambu Lab.

Please make sure to select the right issue type: Issues with existing orders → Cancel Order → Others . We will review your request and respond in 24 hours.

initiating legal action in which jurisdiction? I suppose it’s the jurisdiction where you are residing, cause i very much doubt that you’ll be able or willing to do the same in China or Hong Kong, which renders you legal action unforceable. You might consider your national consumer bond, if you have one, that might result in escalation of the matter (if there are more complainants from the same jurisdiction) to the government who could take a different type of legal action to protect national consumers from similar abuses. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ll get your money back or compensations. Just saying.

The jurisdiction for legal action would be where I reside (I am residing in Germany, where strong consumer protection laws exist)… In addition to pursuing a chargeback through my payment provider, I intended to file a formal complaint with my national consumer protection authority. Such authorities can escalate issues involving multiple complaints against the same seller, potentially leading to broader action to protect consumers.

The seller is obligated to fulfill their advertised terms, and failure to do so leaves them liable.

My packages (a1 mini + filament) were shipped on Tuesday. Now it’s the carrier who messes up, the printer went in the wrong truck.

or in the wrong hands…eventually in the wrong house

I hope not… I went directly to the local logistics platform. They found the package via the cameras, they know which delivery truck the package is in. They have to pick it up at the end of the day.

Update:

My p1p that i ordered on the 29th of November finally left the warehouse and is now on its way (aka the courier finally received it). The housing that i bought a couple days later only had its info given to the courier. (I know a p1s would have been smarter but at first I didn’t think i need the housing right from the beginning wich is why i ordered the p1p just to realize i actually do want the housing)

Anyways, to me it seems like they have enough p1ps but not enough housing parts wich is why they arent on their way to the courier. This is probably one of the causes for the extreme p1s delays + organization and the amount of staff etc.

13-14 days for a p1p isnt quick but its not as bad as the 1+ month wait a lot of people have for the p1s. I probably dogged a bullet buying the p1p even though i payed more :upside_down_face:.

If anyone has questions dont hesitate to ask

Im really looking forward to the printer.

Best regards

Hello , i ordered A1 on 29.nov. and still has this message : (29.11.) DPD data centre, Goods issue at sender :face_with_peeking_eye:. My friend told me that he waited around 2-3 weeks for a1 mini combo so i think there is chance it will arive before christmas still… but its just a Hope haha … also tried contact them but no response at all…

Adding my two cents… I ordered a P1S and extra nozzle on Dec 1st (Bambu Canada.) That day I received 2 UPS ship notifications both stating they could arrive as quickly as Dec 3rd. The nozzle arrived Dec 3rd but the printer still shows as pending courier pickup as of today.

I chatted with support (Had to wait until after 8:00 eastern as they open at 9:00 UTC+8) and was fed some bull and I quote: “some issues with the handover of the package between our warehouse and the courier.”

They’ve kicked off an investigation that will take a few days but that sounds to me like an excuse to push things out. If the products were in stock then there is no way it should take this long to get them out the door.

If they would have been up front and let people know it may be 2-3 weeks I would have been fine with that but the quick ship notifications and in stock status set other expectations.
