At 85% infill, I’d expect a print failure. The shrinkage thru cooling between 1st layer & last layer 41 hours later … good luck. Guessing 60mm diameter base with 180mm height? The flooded model suggested earlier might work well. Gyroid infill allows air (or water) to move freely through it (though you may need to knock free bubbles as you submerge it). Assuming the filament is denser than your salt water it should just settle to the bottom. Though I’d still suggest weight…

Probably not enough of a difference. Turning off the part cooling fan could help, but if the print would be successfull is anyones guess. Either way, I would not want to have either grains of sand in my z-axis or water in my printer… :crossed_fingers: & :four_leaf_clover:

I could try doing supper light infill and then make the bottom a grid

I would not be eager to try to pour wet sand into a half completed print. Does the top have to be closed? If you can leave it open then you can pour sand in dry after printing, and then when you put it underwater the remaining air can escape
