Hey guys,
I have had a returning issue since doing a few of the updates. This was never an issue until some of the latest updates.
So the printer will run out of material mid print, this is fine, i install a new roll, and then the issue starts.
It will be unable to push the new material past the exit point after the 4 point collection. There is a clamp system with a spring, this point is where it is blocked.
I can take apart the AMS, and then press the spring down, push through the Material, then put together the AMS, plug it in, and then it will rewind the material, and from here on one the feeding system works perfect, so it seems that something within the system/software/firmware doesnt reset or allow the spring loaded system after the 4point collection to work.
I have had this happen twice now, but i am starting to think the solution is either, unplugging and re-plugging the AMS, or its that i have taken it all apart, pushed the material manually past the point, and this somehow reactivates the issue of the spring loaded system not working.
Is the a known issue? Am i alone with this issue?
