Ams impossible to reset info black colour

I have a problem that happen only with the black colour in any slot of the ams… the rfid might have some problem and give problems to the ams because when I insert the black filament in the slot where it was the black colour, it stop take it to the feeder as always does with any colour of any brand. Also the video doesn t show that i had the wrong leftover of the filament and i re-read and took longer than usual to upload the info. The only way to “resolve” the issue is unplug the ams and plug it again. Impossible to reset filament info also from bsmbu studio.

I am having a similar issue where, even if i select a different color, bambu studio always defaults to black and will start printing in black unless i pause the print after sending it, and selecting gray again. The first time i thought i was stupid. The second time confirmed AMS was stupid.
I’ll add that i thought the whole entire point of AMS was to load whatever bambu approved spool you wanted in whatever slot, and then select what spool you wanted to use and be done. That’s not the case. Seems to default to whatever is in position A1. How about, when i select “slice”, you ask, are you wanting us to slice for the filament in A1, or please select filament".
Currently, i can’t seem to have any filament in any other slot that is not the same chemistry that is in A1.
I know I’m doing something wrong, but this shouldn’t be this complicated. Ask me what spool i want to use before selecting slice, and use that spool.

I have not come across this behavior (yet). It may be Studio version related or linked to plate settings.

You can determine a color print order in the plate settings (nut symbol to the right of each plate in the prepare tab) in Studio, overriding defaults.
