I need some help with my ams (first version, I have a P1S). I got a filament stuck in my internal filement hub so I had to remove it it and opened it. I cleaned the filament and put that into place. But the filament didnt want to go trought. After a few hours of testing and looking on the internet (different spools, different slot in the ams), I decided to buy a new internal hub and motor to start fresh. I installed those and still got the problem. The AMS would pull some filament but I’m hearing a weird noise (like something forcing) when it arrive to the internal hub. After that, the ams pull back the filament. I tried so many things, checked my connections like 10 times, I’m starting to get out of ideas. Can someone suggest me somes to try please? I’m so close to buy an AMS 2 pro because of that! 
I had this problem and the solution was to cut off about 8 inches of the filament AND to cut it at an angle, so it has a sharp point instead of blunt. I’m not sure which did it but now it feeds through. AMS’ have so many potential bind spots. This is pure speculation but I think over time those bind spots start to wear and create edges that the filament bumps into.
I have the same problem. I took the broken filament out of the internal hub; it still does not work. The filament stops at the internal hub unit. Filament fed from the printer side also stops at the internal hub. How do I diagnose the problem? Is it the motor, the internal hub unit, a circuit board or something else? It seems stupid to fire the parts cannon as the hub and motor alone with shipping pass $100. Does anyone have suggestions on how to diagnose the actual problem.
While I am at it, I have another gripe. Why is the parts page hidden deep inside the support page. Just list is some place plain like Parts and Accessories, or Accessories and Parts. Bambu’s website is a mess.
