I just bought my third Bambu printer with AMS this time. As I received the package from UPS, i noticed the first rear roller was missing but later found it loose, fallen in the box. I put it in place but it doesn’t click. The plastic housing where the bearings need to sit seems to have gone slightly out of shape due to a fall by UPS or something but since it would mean replacing the AMS, I can live with that. It wont fall off while sitting upright. However, when I turn on the machine, all AMS lights turn white and then stay steady, except slot 2 that goes red. If I try to load, it starts unloading and then removes the filament and the motor keeps on turning while the filament is removed and red light, until I turn off the machine. If I Power up the machine with NO filament, the machine turns on and all lights come on and off, but 2nd slot turns red and stays solid red. Not sure if anyone else had this issue before and if something is defective either at the first stage loader or the AMS circuit itself. I am uploading logs to support as well since my AMS and guessing my machine wont be running anytime soon until I get a solution to this.

I’m having similar issues. My ams was working fine but I didn’t have a spool in slot one. When I put a spool in and started feeding the filament. The filament would keep pushing in and the ams wouldn’t grab it. We tried pushing the filament in again but it stopped. The light turned a solid red. We opened it up and found some filaments stuck inside the number one tube. When we tried reloading the filament the motors kept running and running. I would have to power down to stop the motors from running. Number two through four the light stayed white. Number one is staying a solid red. I read somebody had an similar issue. I tried their solution which was sliding the filament in and out several times. That still didn’t solve the issue.
