AMS Loading issue

Hi All,

feeder 2 on my AMS seems to have an issue. In summary, when I switch the printer on the AMS goes through the boot up process where each feeder pulls the filament a little, but the filament for slot 2 does not load like the others.

If I give the filament for that slot the slightest push into the feeder then it starts up and then works, but clearly this is not right.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to a solution.

Typically the feeder is dud, swap it with the one next door, if the problem follows you’ll need a new one. They’re considered a consumable and cheap to replace.
