AMS on order since 12/20--Can't get a ship estimate

Title says it all. I’ve submitted many (> 5) requests for an update on an estimate on when it would be shipped. All I get is bot responses saying shipping delays will exist, but expected shipping date is 12/25 (yes, six weeks ago).

Is the delay for all AMS orders, or has something gone wrong with my order? I know this isn’t the place to ask, but Bambu support does not reply to me.

Can you share your locale?
It might help get you an answer.

What was the lead time when you placed your order ?
support cant do much more, they have the same order trackers that you have access to in the store .

My location is US, North Carolina.

Support can’t give me an estimated ship time?

The ship date was supposed to be December 25th at the time I placed the order. At this point, I have no idea whether the order has been lost somehow or whether six weeks delay on shipping is typical–no reply to even acknowledge receipt of the request.

What does the order tracking say ? that should be your first place to look , there were shipment delays , yes ,

And, if you follow that link, it STILL says:

US Orders

  • Orders Placed Before December 15th: Based on current warehouse performance, all orders will be shipped out of the warehouse by the end of December 20th, as promissed.
  • Most orders Placed Between December 16th and 20th: Shipping out of the warehouse is expected to be completed by December 23rd.

EU Orders

Again, no replies to numerous requests for a status update or even to acknowledge receipt of the requests.

And, the tracking info has always said:

Your order is placed and is about to be shipped.

Order pending

Info received

Is it Etarget in the us ? would support need to contact them for a staus update ? and as long as you have proof of purchase and there is no proof of shipping or delivery , it may be just a waiting game to clear a backlog , it may not be the best solution or even what you want to hear and you could always go with the refund route

Just hearing that the order is still pending and there is a backlog that needs to clear would be helpful.

Not even getting a reply of any kind is what’s troubling. So much so, that I am very reluctant to do any more business with Bambu Labs (I’ve been ordering filamanet and planned to buy another printer).

Just a note that says “sorry, shipments have been delayed for upwards of a month and we cannot provide a ship estimate” would be something.

Etarget are a holding and shipping company based in hong kong they are the people who ship bambu lab products ( uk ) and the link above is a reply to all customers,customers effected also recieved a special code to redeem in the store as a form of apology (you may want to check your spam/email)

For Europe the site stated sold out last week.
Now there is a shipping date, March 31’st.
I would assume something similar for the US as all are manufactured in China, right?

Checked my spam folder–good suggestion, but nothing there from Bambu or Etarget.

I’m sure there’s a backlog, but there wasn’t that much when I placed the order. Again, all I’m looking for is some sort of a reply from Bambu support in response to my numerous queries. Is that expecting too much?

Still nothing. No responses to my emails inquiring about the status of my order.

Has anyone received an AMS in the last six weeks? Or is it just my order that is messed up?

Maybe you could give @SupportAssistant your order number and get them to look into it? That might at least give you an update on the order, as six weeks with no updates is not acceptable. Basically radio silence the last two weeks, sure, Chinese New Year, but this is getting ludicrous.

Thanks to the intervention by SupportAssistant, I finally got an email response from Bambu Lab Customer Support!

… there have been some issues with the handover of the package between our warehouse and the courier…

They have created a new shipping label, but UPS has not received the package yet.

This is where the process stopped last December. I’m anxious to see if UPS actually gets something to ship this time.
