I am having a problem and I am new to this. type of communication so sorry if i am in the wrong place. I recently purchased a P2S combo package and today 28th June I had a pice of fillament jam in the AMS and when I atempted to remove the large white ended cable the whole pice came out I am sure it was never soldered in but just held with sticky card. I have attempted to get some one to help me get areplacement under warranty but all i get is AI. Can some one help.
