AMS slot four no white light doesn't load

Got my A1 mini and AMS light a couple weeks ago. Printing well using slots 1 and 2. I got more filament last week and 1,2 and 3 work fine but #4 will not load, light doesn’t come on. If I push filament in backwards the motor and light come on. Not sure what is going on if the switch / actuator is backwards or what. Didn’t want to start taking things apart without understanding first.

Ok, so I fed about a foot of filament through it from the top down. After that it fed it back up and started accepting filament. Not sure if there was something stuck in there or what.
