When asking for help, please provide as much information as possible about your inquiry.
Including pictures and detailed information about the printer model, print speeds, filament type and settings used will help get the appropriate solutions.
It is also recommended to include a .3mf file of the model you are trying to print. This ensures the suggestions received will be more accurate.
ok so I’ve gone thru the Bambu wikki to try and solve the issue. I’ve read out the AMS board and get bad reading with all the wires disconnected except for the power and 485 wire. The readings are way below the site says they should be.
this morning the AMS connected and then disconnected. The white lights would strobe in sequence.
also should I see a green light when I look where the vent holes are below the ext spool?
This is a PS1 machine with 653 hrs on it. I’ve contacted Bambu and all we are doing is bouncing emails.
no real resolve. I’m on a discord page 3D SOS, one guy has given me some advice but still no go.
I’m not so sure I should replace the AMS board or some other.
On the 4 pin I get 23.7 volts as well as the 6 pin.
on the board where I should get 3.3and 6.6 volts they a re well below those readings.
any suggestions would help thank you for the time to read .
