Ams2 pro not reading rfid tags

Hi, i just recieved my ams2 pro and i also got 6 bambu pla spools with it. The first spool wa read fine but all other slots i had to manually enter the filament and color. Intried reloading the filament and everytime I press the reread button, it says cannot read filament info. The filament is loaded in the toolhead.

I tried rebooting the printer but it didnt work. Am i doing it wrong because i did the same thing than for the first spool and that one did work. But nkt the 3 other slots.

Thanks

Did you try turning it off and on?

It ended up workings from my mobile phone doing re-read but not from the printer screen…

Apparently I can’t post my own topic because it is too similar to the this one that has already been posted. My AMS Pro 2 is misreading spools constantly. Even when I haven’t changed a single thing. Sometimes my spools jump around to different slots. Sometimes they have zero information and I have to enter it manually. Sometimes that info stays, sometimes it disappears when I unload and reload my spools after drying. So how about it Bambu? What’s the issue? Mine won’t refresh or correct itself on the phone app, or in studio. I’m so tired of entering the spools info every single time I want to unload to dry. This is so stupid. Should have bought the AMS 1 and sunlu dryer instead.
