Thanks for the update, but I don’t like wrong information. When I order something, I look at the stock, everything is said to be in stock, but of the 4 outstanding orders, I quickly receive the stock of products and the rest has been waiting for 10 days without anything happening. Then just say that the products are finished and Europe is waiting for a shipment from the factory. I just want to know if everything will arrive before Christmas and I’m not going to wait for a live chat with 50 people in front of me. It would be nice of you to just respond to X messages.
For US orders. I checked yesterday for the the A1 printers and it showed in stock. The same as what it showed when my order was placed on 12/6. Checking today it now shows the A1 combos will ship est. 12/17 and the printer only will ship est. 12/25. I have already received my filament and accessories from the order…just missing the printer. If I would have known this order likely will not arrive before Christmas I would have looked into other options. Extremely disappointed.
I ordered everything at the same time also but my package that’s missing is the bundle of filament. I have a printer with no filament and it’s a christmas gift…that won’t be here by christmas, it seems. I don’t even have a tracking number. My order is just sitting there, “getting ready”. No answers to WHEN they will get it shipped. It could be 3 months from now. It could be never for all I know. This purchase was a very expensive one and i don’t like not having answers as to when i will get it. Chat and emailing customer service is useless. They’re like a broken record of, “unprecedented orders. We’re delayed. We apologize. Due to high chat volumes we need you to close the chat window”. Are you effing kidding me!? People have paid hundreds or thousands that they have likely saved and planned for gifts or a splurge for themselves and that is their response?? Basically, “no clue when you’ll get it.” Taking responsibility is one thing but it doesn’t seem to be getting resolved. First time using this company and this is awful.
UPDATE: just checked and the info has actually changed. It no longer says “We’re getting your order ready” now it shows what i ordered and “preparing”. it’s something. I mean, it’s more movement than i’ve seen in over 2 weeks.
They are probably to busy sending out free printers to everyone who has a YouTube channel.

Really? The website is up to date on stock per region? Because I’m in the US and it says the AMS is available with no mention of a shipping delay, yet the order I placed for one weeks ago still doesn’t even have a tracking number. And when after 4 HOURS I finally reached a live chat agent last night, they said no AMS were available in the US.
So, which one of you is blatantly lying?
My printer order now says it’s on its way, 10 days after it was made, and it says the estimated time to arrive is 10 days from now…
Mate… I could walk to Germany in 10 days.
This company is completely getting carried by what they did to this industry with the release of the X1. Other than that they’re complete amateurs and honestly I’m never spending a cent on anything with their name on it. I already made a complaint to both my country’s and the EU’s consumer protection agencies. And asked for a full refund on my orders.
This alone is going to lose you a lot of customers and a lot of money (now and in the future).
A lot of people were probably buying their first bambu lab or even their first printer on BF, and this is the first impression they’re getting of this company. You can be damn sure they’re putting you in their black list.

Yes, bought my first 3D printer and I VERY MUCH regret choosing BL and before receiving my printer having such a bad experience already.
Really hope that in the end I will receive my order and that the printer quality is better than the way BL is managing this situation for so many customers.
Decided to check my email on my order. Two days ago I get the email that my printer is “on the way!” yet further down it says 25 Dec. No wonder we’re all fucking nuts.
At least some of you are getting it. But it is super random, I’m waiting for 12 days now and still no shipping movement while others of you report shorter or even longer waiting times.
I just checked another distributor (reichelt) and they say it will be available on 22 Jan 2025 (in Germany). Maybe a hint how bambu calculates their ability to serve third-party supplier while they are lying on their online shop or customer support. Please @SupportAssistant, some transparency and honesty won’t hurt!
When did you place your order? In the US?
Likewise (FDM anyway). I’m beginning to think I should have gone with the Kobra 3.
30 November, and it showed in stock when I ordered. My confirmation email said 11 December, and when I opened my order online it said 25 December.
This isn’t really an excuse for sending copy/paste replies that have nothing to address the issue. “Wait another 1-7 days” every time I ask for a real update is not “we’re overloaded”, it’s “we aren’t even reading these things”.

Well, my email when i ordered it on the 29th November was sent with: “Auf lager”, that means “in stock”.
Going into the DPD Germany i get this:

Same tracking number, different results but same dates. One says “Instruction data transmitted”, that is the shipping label created. The other one says “order created” that also means the same thing.

Ordered a A1 Combo on 30th november that was in Stock. On Bambu account status is sent, but still no update on the tracking page of DPD.

File a complaint, learn with the mistake and move on with it. As i said before, great printers but a bad way of treating their most loyal customers.
