Can you send me the contact info of the person of the consumer rights office? I had a damaged AMS, and the demanded a deposit for the replacement. I did that, got a new one, send the broken one back. Then the package with the broken one was not accepted at their warehouse and returned. Now i have 2 payed AMS and one is broken. And the support is slow as hell and declines to give my money back until the have the broken unit, which they declined to accepts

The best way, if you are in Germany, is to go to your local Rathaus. They guide you through all the steps and rights. Also supply telephone numbers of your nearest agency and you can also determine if you need a community attorney or not.
Supplying numbers and being in a different zone will only make you go around and around.
You can also file a EU complaint, directly from the website but that takes no less than 30 days. Filling a complaint on German soil is faster and with guaranteed results.
Hi from Belgium! I opened 2 tickets, needless to say, template text, no delivery time given and that it is in stock! I ordered an A1 combo to replace my creality k1 but I am already starting to regret it! By the way, when I ordered from creality, it arrived within 3 days!

Why are so many of you hating on DPD? They’re usually pretty good and from what I can see here, in most cases, they haven’t even taken receipt of the package from the supplier. How can they deliver something that they haven’t been given to deliver?
I’d be frustrated too with delays but it seems to me that the issue here is Bambu getting more orders than they were expecting during black friday.
What about the fact that I cant even access any information about my printer delivery now!?
Ordered on Dec 2nd and have had no updates since. Now the link shows nothing but an error!
Tried Support to cancel and get no response!!
I think they just disabled the live chat. No matter what I write to the chatbot it refuses to direct me to the live chat. Nice.
Part of my order is supposed to come tomorrow, but I don’t want it without the printer. I’m afraid that if I accept the package I’ll have to wait for the printer a couple more weeks, which is just not something I’m willing to do at this point. I think I’d prefer to refuse the package and just do a chargeback, what do you guys think?

AMEN!!! Who runs a skeleton crew during the busiest shopping time of the year? Amateurs and non serious businesses. That’s who. Stop been cheap and hire more people. At least hire seasonal workers.

My experience.
They have lost three parcels of mine from BL in less than a year.
- The first one was never delivered.
- The second one was stolen by staff, and police were involved
- The most recent one was lost in their depot, and never made it to me
The most recent order was split into three deliveries by BL, all redirected to a pickup point by DPD, without my knowledge or consent, yet they said I did.
Only one of the three made it to the pickup point without issue (ish).
They sent one email notification with a tracking number, not three. The app had three different items listed as due, one of them shared the same tracking number as the email. The single package at the pickup point was scanned from the app. A different item disappeared from the app. A call to DPD told me one item had been picked up by me and one by someone else.
A few days later, I got an alert saying I needed to pick up a package. It had the same tracking number as the email and the app entry that was already picked up.
I noticed that while everything else matched, the squares in the barcode were different. I asked a friend to try picking up a parcel from the email.
BTW I am so disabled, I have not left my house for almost 5 years.
It turns out the email they sent with the identical tracking number as the one in the app was a different tracking number unrelated to the one in the app.
When DPD told me on the phone my package had been picked up, they were talking about the first one which they confused with the second one.
The third parcel has been lost in the depot.
Are you confused, I am.
Now I have to wait for BL to decide if they are a professional company and send the missing item, a printer to me that never made it out of the depot or will they cheat me out of a printer?
The printer is being donated to a local school.
Their drivers are renowned for being extremely dangerous on the roads. YouTube videos are showing their criminal driving. Like the old lady, the driver ran over after handing her a package.
This week one of their drivers tried running my neighbour’s kid off the road whilst my neighbour was giving him a driving lesson.
They are dangerous, self-employed liars. They used to be good.
I used to love them.
You may be based in the south of the U.K. a couple of people have said they are less horrific down there.
It’s been a month since I ordered my A1 “November 13, 2024 at 11:51 pm”, 2 weeks before black friday and I’ve been told twice now that it would be 1 - 7 business days.
I also have another order that has been partially shipped and those items were delivered 2 - 3 weeks ago but NOTHING noted about the delivery time for the other $1500 worth of nozzles, filaments and plates.
This is what you told me 6 days ago:
We have documented this issue and reported it to our logistics team. They will verify the status of the package with the carrier service and our warehouse to expedite the delivery to you. Please be aware that the investigation may take some time. During this process, we kindly ask for your patience and cooperation.
After investigation, the logistics tracking typically starts updating within 5 business days. If not, we will check with our logistics team again and promptly provide an alternative solution for you.
This was after you had told me this 3 weeks before:
You have almost $5000 of my cash for a month now and only delivered 1/2 of what I ordered it. At the time of my order everything said it was in stock and would be shipping the next day.
I’m pretty disappointed as I’m trying to setup a 3D printing business with my son and I’ve lost at least a month of potential sales.
I’m investing in my business, you need to invest in yours and get things sorted out.
Sounds like you’ve been particularly unlucky and had bad experiences with them so fair enough, but most of the posts here indicate that the problem is mostly in dispatching the items rather than delivery.
All I can say with DPD is that in the 5 or 6 years I’ve lived at my current address I must have had a few dozen deliveries from them (at least 30 or 40) and I don’t recall any problems. I always get the same 2 or 3 drivers and they always seem very friendly and professional.
My Bambu kit came somewhat randomly in 3 packages (2 DPD and 1 Royal Mail) about a week after ordering and whilst it was not always easy to track via the Bambu site, once I had tracking numbers I could see where things were via the courier companies before it was updated on the Bambu site which seems to only update once or twice a day.I got in my order a few days before black friday so maybe I missed the rush but Bambu were running this offer for a couple of weeks so I don’t know. Maybe they just didn’t have sufficient stock in the right places when the orders came in.
Things always get a little hairy in December unfortunately with all delivery companies so it’s unfortunate that black friday falls so close to the shipping “silly season” - it will probably affect back end logistics (Bambu being able to get the printers to the right warehouses) as well as end user deliveries via couriers.

Even here, DPD is not doing well. Ask @Square3D, he has issues with them in more than one European country. As do others on the forum.
Again, I am glad you do not experience the problems many others have.
But, two important things:
- The fact that you haven’t does not mean others haven’t
- The forum is more than this post

It is hard to argue with those services each having a rating of 1.1/5 with 5k and 11k people respectively providing reviews.
Like they say in the US “Back the blue until they come for you”. Your experience may not remain the same.
We should be allowed to choose the company that will be used to deliver these expensive products.
More interestingly, BL has come on today and yesterday to say “We are not the issue, all of our delivery partners failed us in all countries at the same time.”
Whilst that is moronic and is easily disprovable like many have, it does point out that BL thinks their choices of delivery companies must be really poor as it thinks all the issues are their fault!!!
Naturally - its a delivery company - who leaves a good review for a courier company?
For example on reviews.io ALL delivery companies (DPD, Evri, UPS, Fedex, Parcelforce etc) are also rated 1.1 or 1.2 so reviews.io says nothing useful for delivery companies other than that they’re all rubbish.
The trustpilot link in @PrinterMcgee post is not the right one - DPD actually have 4.5/5 on trust pilot - not 1.1 - as rated by 1.8 million users
I noticed that the chat is available 9-9 but it is based on UTC+8 which would translate to (in Eastern Time: UTC-5) 8pm to 8am. I connected after 8:00pm last night and was able to connect… Not that it helped.
