Another "unable to bind to account"

Hello gentlemen, I was hoping you could help me out. As with the title, I’m having problems binding my X1C to my account. I have tried 3 different networks, the printer has good connection as confirmed by the network test. My phone also is on the network as seen on my routers leases.

I have also tried connecting directly to my phone, 2 androids and 1 iphone to no avail. I tried my pc which is also in the same network, it picks it up in the devices tab, but can never connect. Error -1040.

I’m out of ideas guys, sent a ticket but Chinese New Year. I have been printing via sd card with no problems the past week.

I’ve read a number of posts regarding problems binding the printer to one’s account. I have the same problem, I just turned on LAN mode and it works. I want to solve this problem cause I can’t check my printer by phone and can’t check timelines without taking SD card and etc.
