I ordered two AMS systems and one was missing the filament buffer. I contacted support almost a week ago and still waiting for a replay. Is there any other way to contact support? Phone number? This is painfully slow
There is live online support but do be aware of what time zone you are in as the window it is available is

Yeah, haven’t been able to get Live Chat when someone is there.
I did, coincidentally, get a reply after making this post. 
They asked for another picture. These seems way to difficult to get a part that is missing,.
