Mine was defective, so I waited until I was going to order something else from Bambu to order the spare heating element and thermistor.
I don’t know if the heating element in the V3 is different than the factory Bambu heating element. However, it seems to work fine with the Bambu replacement parts. I haven’t done a flow rate test yet, but it seems to print fine with the 0.6 nozzle.
The V3 has a weird arrangement, with standoff screws then regular screws into those. They are either M1.2 or M1.4 screws, 3mm thread length. They are also very bad quality, I replaced the ones that came with the V3 with the screws from the older V2 hot end. But overall the V3 hot end is quite bad, they have a new version they just came out with but I have not tested it yet. They are prone to throat clogs due to not having a full length metal throat. They have a 2 piece design that tends to clog at the joint, especially on prints with many retractions and/or filament changes. I would save up and buy an E3D hot end with a full length throat.
