Are these thumbnails AI generated?

That’s true. I’ve messaged the user as they don’t have a print profile to use for handy app, they’re missing out on opportunities. Looks like a new user, probably just getting started.

We could have a support team prividing profiles and an hug
I am out of filament and waiting to place the order tomorrow, otherwise I’d check that model for real. It is cute

Like water, clean air, food, shelter and heat, filament should be considered a human right.

I’m going to print it. Don’t know in what yet, but I’ll give him a review. I guess a profile as well. 3 hour print. I put it in sport mode cause I have other things to print.

He scaled it down to print it. At least it looks like it.
Doing in Gold Glitter sparkly stuff.

  1. Design model
  2. Take photos of said model printed
  3. Show photos to get downloads.
  4. Learn, over time to take better photos
  5. Get more downloads

Not everything needs to be faster and easier.

The resolution of these printers is just so amazing!

A little sidebar on philosophical differences, since kvnper’s stance/trolling is so different from philosophical and ethical base of most people in the thread, the same can be said about “human rights”. I know (or I hope) you’re joking about filament needing to be human right, but I gotta say: due to USSR’s meddling in UDHR and then quite authoritarian interpretation of them I think the actual human rights are best defined in United States constitution as inalienable rights (life, liberty, pursuit of happiness were enumerated, but not limited to them).

I wonder at what point people will switch to only printing models with cover images looking like that due to far lesser chance of being scammed into printing crappy model.

This is imho different - this is render, not AI gen image. So the model does look like that. The issue is that the print profile using only render is not allowed.

I taken a peek at

The last image in gallery and the real photo in print profile show that the resulting print does correspond with the cover image and the model “works” as intended.

If you are not laughing with me you are laughing at me, it is all laughing to me.

Yes, clearly (I thought) a joke.

If only our respective countries (the U.K. for me, I have no idea for you, just guessing it isn’t all rosy either) could actually live up to those lofty ambitions.

The real problem with inalienable rights is that it is a far tougher word to spell than human. Plus, my brain doesn’t always grab and catch the correct words.

If I could offer one recommendation, don’t get a brain tumour, they’re not all they’re cracked up to be.

Earlier I was desperately trying to think of the word that describes when your speech is stifled because others oppose it (which happened to me here earlier) for love nor money can I remember the word, tried googling, but, finding a word you can’t describe is hard.

It is worth pointing out that British humour is dark, others who do not appreciate it think it is rude, but it is not. A lot of it is sarcasm, we love that :poop:, Americans don’t always get it, they have a different type of humour, but, we are learning them.

Let my jump in the middle of this and show you an example of images done the right way. I grabbed these off a model posted by one of DeltaPrints biggest competitors. Now this first picture is the main listing pic. I know you’re going to look at it and say it’s an A.I. generated image, but I zoomed in and I believe it to be a legit picture…

So now let’s move on to the second pic… I enhanced this to 100% and I believe it to be digitally altered in some way. BUT the key difference is it still shows the actual printed model. The talented designer just added a plant using some sort of advanced A.I.

To me this is the way to go… I have to go now and find my socks, because they’ve been completely blown off by this design.

Speaking of dark humour and cancer… One of my favourite comedians, Norm Macdonald said: “I’m not a doctor, but I’m pretty sure if you die, the cancer dies at the same time. That’s not a loss. That’s a draw.”

Your vertical lines are drunk sir!

MY vertical lines?? Malc what are you talking about??

Ok, ok, you got me … but I didn’t post a link so it’s not shameless self promotion. Oh, and I can’t do straight vertical lines yet, that’s video 4 in the series I’m learning from and I’m only on video 3

Mine isn’t cancerous, it is a rare tumour that shrinks and expands over time, cannot be removed due to its location and it is currently increasing in size, crushing my brain.

If it wasn’t for all the drugs I have been on to try and control it, my organs wouldn’t be failing and my bones wouldn’t be crumbling.

Now you made me annotate, you get the annotated photo.

Look at your jagged lines in the background.

Sorry, your A.I.'s jagged lines.

Shoot, you’re right. Now I’m going to have to tape together two more pieces of poster board to fix that. I’m glad I didn’t mark this as exclusive or they would have already seen those lines and took all my points.

**Edit, wait that wasn’t the poster board, that was my poor photoshop skills and the clone tool… thank goodness, I was going to have to buy more poster board LOL.

I’ve definitely been learned… I love Black Adder, Red Dwarf, The IT Crowd, The Thin Blue Line, Monty Python, plus all the more modern stuff.

Noah Webster has a lot to answer for.

This bloke didn’t like English spelling so he decided to change the English language so Americans had a fighting chance of learning to spell.

Just one example, he didn’t like the spelling of a bloke called Bronck.

Bronck’s Land was the name given to the area after him. The Aquahung River, which is now known as the Bronx River, was also renamed Bronck’s River.

He stole the u’s from words and the second l out of others. These are just three of his crimes against the English language.

His concern that Americans would be too stupid to understand how to spell should make you turn your back on his actions.

Learning be good.

You have some excellent examples in there, not a fan of Monty Python myself, but, it is a staple of our humour.

I sir, call that American Ingenuity.

If I must tell, that is a catch all phrase we use to cover our collective butts when we pull something out of said butt.

Be gone…or I shall taunt you a second time!
