Armor Modplate keeps failing at 95%

I’m having bed adhesion issues printing the Armor modplate. Why did Bambu Lab decide to lock the filaments to their own. I cannot select generic PLA.

Printing with their settings I am seeing warping at the bottom of the print. At about 95%, when the peg holes start to print on the left side the unsupported rails get knocked of the build plate.

Any ideas how to fix this? Don’t even get me started on printing the Artistry modplate. That’s just a hot mess.

Well, Bambu Lab did not lock down their own filament settings, you can change them freely in the slicer. Just change whatever setting you like and use that.

I meant to say. With their modplates, you cannot select other filament types (i.e. generic pla).

I am seeing a lot of pull up even with bridging. Like in this picture. the bridging is starting to come loose.

Nothing is locked, you simply have to add filaments to the project. Not to say you can edit existing filament. there is nothing special about it besides higher volumetric speed than for generic preset.

I was finally successful printing these by switching to silent mod around 90% completion…

I did that right after the print cleared the widest piece, but they arms still shook free. I’ll keep trying though.

Mine failed around the exact same spot. I switched to a 65 degree plate temp for better adhesion and from a grid to a gyroid infill (as apparently the grid is more prone to causing movement due to overlapping lines). That seemed to do the trick for me!
