While I do hope that Bambu comes back to you with a workable solution, there’s this last-ditch approach I mentioned above.

A bit on the pricey side though. It’ll probably be much cheaper to get a simple fan, design a shroud to funnel the air into a PTFE and then route it through a dedicated Y-splitter straight to the extruder.

Unfortunately, that is the only case where I have come across this approach to counter heat creep.

Addendum: The E3D hotends appear to be better regarding heat creep in those posts above. While there’s no .2 available for the (yet), they also seem to cause a color issue for the nozzle detection.
The diamondbacks are however reported to be superior anyway. Quite pricey though.
