Try a different infill. Try crosshatch, gyroid, one that doesn’t cross itself.

well i was at a loss, tried tramming didnt work, tried lubricating didnt work, tightened four little screws in behind hot end didnt work, changed nfill to gyroid and low and behold it worked, like wtf ?

Then that seems like whatever infill you were using was hitting the nozzle…Gyroid will not do that.

Bad Nozzle & Tramming Bed...lesson learned
