As long it comes to announcements and printers in the queue the WonderMaker ZR Ultra looks very interesting. Still funding is missing, but at least looks not that bad.
For Bambu at least it won’t be anything like Creality where error may be fixed in the next version of printer. The A1 proofed the worry about actual products and also do support the software/firmware. That needs to be considered.
Just had a thought. I dont know what the x1e sales numbers look like, but if they arent great, this new printer could be its replacement. In that situation, I could see the price staying at $2,500 but still having eddy current pa adjustment, large size, enclosure, ethernet and a heated chamber. Throw in a beacon style bed scanner and i may cry a bit. I personally dont like the dual nozzle idea but im sure Im probably alone on that.
yeah i do want two nozzles, preferably as IDEX and not that approach of the patent with both on the same head, i really want to print with two materials, or even colours of the same material, as right now i can’t go over the amount of waste in poop so i don’t go the AMS route - my AMSs are just to have readily available material
Ok, last edit. That ish is for sure fake. The side rails seem to start in the middle sides of the bed, but end in the upper corner. Or its a reflection and it only has a single rear rod? I wish someone made a 4 head printer for $600
Also this.
Dont feel bad. I thought this was going to be the x1e
the one you shared looks a bit like this. He shows a dual gantry idex build in this video too
Man, we thought the Prusa filament was well wound… this filament is wound so well it appears to be one solid piece lol.
That bambu lab X1E pricture realy got you?
The first though i had about that picture as someone showed it to me, i though it looks cool, but how do you open the front to get to your print? The handle is mounted on a solid peace of metal. There is also no way the rounded edge opens with the handle because it is also is seamless.
But noone seems to sees that problem? It is like a handle mounted on a wall. Dont think that makes the wall open if you pull on the handle, or does it?
But the design looks realy cool somehow.
Maybe if you put the display a bit farther away from the handle it would be more practical?
A pitty you only can print one peace with that printer because you can not get it out of the printer. Remindes me somehow of the glass bottle ships some people liked to build.
Yeah, I didnt look at the handle first. I looked at the interior parts. I didnt believe it for long, but at first it did get me. Then you start to notice thkngs like the double feet. Remember, this a.i. stuff was really just getting released to the public at the time. Shows how fast its advancing. I think chatgpt was out for a few months before that photo came out. Now we can make whole a.i. videos
It was the new Chinese thing, DeepSeek, the AI that beat ChatGPT at it’s own game, who generated that piece…
Ahh, okay i understand. Makes sense. I have no plan of the detailed interiour workings, so it does not make much sense trying to find printer specifications there like you do. Double feet, i noticed them, but did not find them odd. I have seen a maker world mod for a bambu printer for reducing vibrations. That one i think modded 1 printer foot to 3 with a printed platform. The interiour, i never looked at that, not even now, because it would not tell me too much.
I think Bambu should go with a large format A1 or P1S for the same price as the A1 and P1S. There is nothing a 3D printer could do that would make it worth $5000 to me! I have three large format printers now from other brands that were really cheap but if Bambu could come out with a new large format printer for not much more than my cheap ones, close to the A1 price, I would switch to Bambu. If I’m going to spend over $1000 I’ll go with a Prusa, they are really high quality, IMO.
Bambu has to figure out what market it wants to compete in. The print farm market? The hobbyist market? The industrial market? Compete on speed? Quality? Longevity? Repairability? Etc.
Just found out a fun fact, did you know the american military uses a 3D-print farm for there drone spareparts?
Guess what printers they use.

So @steve23244
Bambu labs with there new H2D printer goes for Military grade printers? gg
Definitely not X1C, P1 or A1… rather the X1E that can, more or less, be operated on LAN mode only
Thought that this was interesting. I used Grok deep search for the first time and asked it to speculate when the new printer would be released this year. It’s going to be interesting to see if it actually gets it right!
“Conclusion
In summary, as of March 8, 2025, Bambu Lab’s upcoming printer is set for Q1 2025, with a likely release around March 17, 2025, at TCT Asia. The printer promises advanced features for prosumers, and while specifics are pending, the industry eagerly awaits this potential game-changer in 3D printing.” - GROK
Which ones do you have?
Letters
From his previous posts it sounds like he has an A1 and A1 Mini.
sorry, i meant the 3 large scale printers from other brands
So why do you need an X1E? Or even an X1C? Instead of a P1S or A1?
The X1E comes with a 60c Chamber Heater, 320c nozzle, Stable Ethernet Connection, WPA2-Enterprise Authentication, and an array of other network related features for enterprises. The A1 is more of a beginner printer and the P1S and X1C are more of hobbyist/prosumer printers while the X1E is tailored towards businesses and those who need better capabilities for more exotic materials.
Here’s a few guesses based on some new data delivered today:
Youtube shills will have their units delivered imminently if they haven’t already gotten one last week. Some reviewers might even get one.
It’s going to be expensive, no competition to anything on my competitor list. Think X1E pricing or higher.
