Bambu A2 or A2 mini

the companies that are making clones of the A1 must think Bambu has made an excellent product. Also I have an A1 AMS Lite and have printed mulity color both was, manual change over and automatically, and believe me, the manual way really sucks and depending how the print is designed, the waste of filament change over can be a lot or neglectable.

The Anycubic Kobra X also makes use of 4 colour dual extruders (not hotends) for multi colour prints without the need of an ams ,with filaments rewound to the top of the toolhead (Inside)and 19 colours with an AMS, the competition is heating up ,its competition for the A1

There is no 4-headed H2 printer. There will be no 4-headed A2 either. BL has considered the toolchanger approach and decided against it and gone with their own Vortek system.

I would love a better camera that thing is like one fps we need like60

I would continue to support the A2 if it came with two separate, replaceable tool heads.

Instead of simply having two nozzles.

One of the tool heads could be dedicated to printing supports.

Maybe an attached poop box

Oh a1

a2 but lets see hopefully not long

I have the same problem

Should definitely have 2 tool heads

it should so and if yes i would be terified of the next printer

I mean my main complaint on the A1 would be the camera. But it works just not as smooth as some. That being said I dont think I would be willing to pay more for a better camera.

Do you all think AI could be implemented within the camera to detect errors with prints? Dual heads? What about a BambuLab enclosure specifically for the A1/A2 + A2 Mini?

Support for high flow hotends would be nice. I have to lie to my mini and tell it it’s got a plain old hardened 0.4 when in reality it’s got a WC HF 0.4

I hope Bambu would release a A2 series, and I would buy one, but the difficulty is they could start to compete with themselves. The A1 series was a much more liked option than the P1 to the beginner. What could they even upgrade to make it reasonable to make a whole new production line?? Anyone have ideas?

i think we need a 1080 p camera and the same AI detection as the p2s a better positioned light so that even when the print is low it does not just light up the under side of the printers bed and the option to buy it with the ams 2 pro finetuned so that it is not messy and it all comes in one box with all the parts

i think that the enclosure is a fabulous idea but it has to have holes that align so i can use it with my ams 2 pro and basically have a fully enclosed printer and fillament dryer although once you get to buy all of that it would cost very similar to the bambu lab p2s any thoughts?

maybe they could just merge the a1 with a lot of the features from the h2d like two nozzles and better camera and better light maybe even a bigger version just similar as what the x1c got from the x2d and the p1s got from the p2s it is very doable

A2L just got teased today.

Some features have been leaked via Bambu lab wiki, such as a CNC toolhead and that the A2L will be dual-nozzle.

Sounds a lot like an old snapmaker machine… Artisan?
