Problem: No Notification Sound or Haptics
Bambu Handy Version: 2.14.0
Platform: iOS
Other information: iOS 17.6.1, iPhone 12 Mini
I do get notifications from Bambu Handy, but without sounds or haptics. Everything regarding the notification sounds is enabled in Bambu Handy as well as in the system settings. Quiet Mode is disabled. This isnât something new, it has never worked since I downloaded the app a couple of months ago.
Hello, for the last few days I have not been able to access the Babu Handy application either from mobile data or wifi, it gives an error as if I am not connected to the internet. I have not tried anything yet, what can I do?
So I have a iPhone 7 the bamboo handy app was working fine for the most part but all of a sudden up until about a month and a half ago. The bamboo handy up signs me out and does not let me sign back in it says there is no Internet connection when I am clearly connected to the Internet on my phone Iâve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. it still comes with the same thing no Internet connection when I try to sign in
After the Bambu Handy app restarts/wakes up from running in the background it will fail to load the live view and displays an error as follows:
Over 4 Studio/Handy are using remote access, you can close some and try again.

I donât even own 4 devices connected to handy/studio. This happens consistently every time. Second attempt will always load the live view and operate as designed.

After I got my a1 mini (China Region locked) recently. I tried logging into the Bambu handy app on my iPhone after downloading it from the App Store, I was only able to find an option to log in with my email account. After trying for a while to figure it out I gave up and had to use my old android device to download and log into the app but would still like to figure a way to log into the app on my iPhone.
Having Issues with Android App Version 2.17.0 canât access MicroSD card while on an outside network. Works fine while on local wifi that the printer is on. My son has an Apple phone and everything works fine. This all started when my phone app updates first part of January

Prepare to print screen shows incomparable printer for the print. Correct printer name but has 0.4 nozzle. The printer is set to harden steel 0.6mm and so is the app. I have noticed this with all nozzle types beside 0.4mm. There is no options when I click on the printer in this screen to change to correct nozzle.
When I start a print IT moves the motors to far and then just repeats the same motion over and over It just started this today and it worked fine yesterday so can I have some help
Problem : Print status stuck in live activities area

Details: Print status in my live activities area (camera notch) is stuck on one of my previous prints. I never got a notification that the print finished either. It just says âprintingâ and the timer is stuck at 00:01. When I tap the live activity, it takes me to the Bambu Handy app on the device page, which properly shows my last finished print (a different print than the one thatâs stuck).
Restarting the app does not remove the live activity. I will try restarting my phone next, but wanted to report the bug before doing so.
EDIT to add:
itâs actually a pretty persistent bug.
- I just restarted my phone, did nothing, the bugged live activity for Bambu Handy is still there.
- Then I soft reset my phone (vol up, vol down, hold power button until it restarts) and nothing, phone turned on and the bugged live activity was still present.
- Finally I logged out of my account and the live activity instantly disappeared.
Logged back in now and the bug is resolved.
It happened again⌠live activity of the print stays stuck at 00:01 until done, no way of getting rid of it without logging out of my account

Turned off live activities for bambu handy for now
Filtering by nozzle size always returns 0 results.

Problem: Boost button appears to have been removed from the app in the most recent update

Steps to reproduce:
Open Bambu Handy and select any model. The button appears to show for models where the designer intentionally inserted the âBoost Me (for free)â button in the description (photo 1), but the built in boost button is missing altogether (photo 2). You can still boost via the small boost icon next to the âlikeâ and âcollectâ icons. For comparison, I included a screenshot of how the built in button used to appear (photo 3).

Problem: Skip Objects not giving visual indication of which object is selected to skip. U able to tap on the image to select object

Steps to reproduce:
- Print any plate with multiple objects on the plate.
- During print, open the âSkipâ interface.
- Selecting a model from the list doesnât indicate visually which object it is.
- Tapping the image doesnât select the object.
If you know which is which you can still skip. But if you have duplicated the object and not renamed, theyâre hard to distinguish.
