Got the email, no code as others have mentioned.
Price is shown as full price all the way through checkout…
I am logged in to my account and have pressed through the link in the email. This cannot be that hard to get right.

Just to let you know they have fixed the shipping issues.
Yesterday i have opened a ticket regarding this problem and today everything has worked has supposed to.
Free shipping on the filaments with other accessories added and 16€ shipping for the AMS.
Shipping to Portugal.
It will show the $68 price u til the code is applied then it will scratch out and charge the $9 and shipping

I have now received the filament code. does anyone know how long it takes to get the AMS code?
I’m assuming that if we haven’t gotten a code by now, we’re not going to get one?
I read somewhere latest in august.
after contacting support they sent me my filament discount code through the support ticket. the discount code didn’t work at first until I subscribed to the newsletter at the bottom of the STORE page, not the homepage (as I’m sure I had done previously)
just now the code was applied successfully, added a full hotend assembly with an additional filament roll and everything worked fine including free shipping

Support responded this morning, I got my code and after learning about the different countries in the upper right, got it to work. My first choice color combo was sold out, but I can’t complain about my second choice package. Thanks to Bambu for sticking through and making sure things happened as they said they would.

I also recently got my code. However, having placed the order, I realised I wanted to add a few more items and cancelled the order, expecting that would “refund” the code.
Unfortunately, it didn’t and the code no longer works. I contacted support about re-issuing a code but they just responded “I am sorry the ks code can only be used once”! So looks like I’ve missed out.

Did anyone receive an AMS code in August? I really hoped for one, but I guess time is over for getting anniversary codes?
@Ben77 Looks like everybody they told to be patient and wait…They were lying to. Including me. I received the filament code but no ams code.
I put in a support ticket end of July about the AMS discount. I got a reply 3 week later saying that the code was sent and to check my spam folder (definitely was not sent. Received every other email from them including the filament code). But they added the code to case reply and was able to use it for the discount
