Still waiting, but i have already lost the hope, no filament code and no AMS code.
This is just not fair.
I was thinking of doing another order from them, but now i’m delaying and probably not buy anything else from them.

For the printer user who subscribed our newsletter, we will send the code around August.

I assume they send out the AMS code one after another to not delay the order for the others.
But I am in a good mood, just ordered my AMS with Code. 
So. yes. You need to be patient. It will come…
Be careful waiting, they sent me an answer to the anniversary filament offer that read… “Oh… you didn’t sign up for the news letter so we didn’t send you the offer”. And of course the offer didn’t mention a newsletter, just that they must have “the Email used to subscribe to Bambu Lab”. So they are weaseling out of the offers with very vague terms. They were also quick to mention that the time has expired to do so.
Definitely disappointed, but what else should I really have expected.
I signed up long ago, but so far the only “newsletter” is the emails from the forum telling me about threads and such.
No information on the code yet, so I’m expecting I’m in the same boat as you.
My story is the same; I’ve already subscribed to newsletter a long long time ago, in the Kickstarter era - and this is why so strange the situation for me. More than that, you can “subscribe” if you want every day, you will have no any error message, lilewise any confirmation also(!) Which is very strange because I have subscribed with my 2 other email addresses and on them I’ve already received some newsletters.
…and if that wasn’t enough weirdness, after a couple of weeks of correspondence, support wrote back saying not to worry, I had signed up and to wait patiently for the voucher.
Still no ams code. I got the filament code on the 4th and ordered right away. It still hasnt even shipped though.
I received the discount code, I put the filaments in the cart and at checkout it tells me that the code is not valid for the selected products even though the products are compatible with the discount code

Have you used the link from the discount mail? As far as I know, the bundles for the discount are special bundles. It’s not possible to put 2 filament roles in to shopping cart and enter the code at checkout.
Maybe that’s why I can’t buy them, but I don’t understand why bambulab sent me the discount code without sending me the purchase link🤷🏻♂️

I wish I would of gotten the E-mail
I got my code for the filament, but Bambu Lab wants me to pay for shipping even so I am ordering other parts and the total is above 55 EUR. When I remove the filament from the cart, shipping is free 
Anyone else experiencing this problem?
PS: EU store, shipping to Luxembourg
2 weeks ago, I wrote Bambu support why I didn’t get the gratitude code, although I ordered my X1C last year. The promised they will send a code with the final batch of mails on 24th of july.
Guess what happened.

Yesterday I received the email to buy PLA-CF filament at a reduced price of 1.99 EUR. The e-mail mentions a code that must be entered when ordering. However, the e-mail does not contain any code. Am I misunderstanding something? Thanks for the help.
I also received my codes today, but they are asking for a shipping of 25€ to Portugal even with other products that totals more than 55€.
And in the case of the AMS they are asking for 41€ for shipping instead of the 16€ normal shipping for AMS.
Why are they complicating everything they do…

I also wanted to order 0.4 Hardened Nozzle in addition and also end up at 16€ shipping (5€ the Nozzle and 11€ the filament).
I would also like to order 4 PLA rolls but I can’t buy them together because according to the store a discount has already been applied. (4 PLA rolls 25% discount and 1,99€ filament code don’t seem to work together…)
Help? I think there is an error here.
