I ordered the P1S combo on Friday 13.12.
It arrived today, and Benchy is now being printed in this Moment.
Great quality and also shipment quality good. Package and everything OK and No damages.
I hope you all soon will receive yours, too

My printer also arrived 10 Minutes ago (X1C) and seems fine.

I’m not surprised why everything is still taking longer. People here completely lose patience after 3-7 days and start throwing around words like ‘sue’ and opening disputes with PayPal … Amazon has really spoilt certain parts of today’s generation.
People have been waiting here since October/November, and some are losing their shiet because they ordered on 13 December and haven’t received anything yet.
Guys, 5-10 days delay is tickering through the store site …

I’ve ordered on Nov 30, still waiting for ups to pick up my p1s combo from the warehouse. Bambu has opened an “investigation” they have told me via chat their system says ups has picked up the package, but ups won’t let me make a claim because they say they haven’t picked up the package. I have had several chat employees simply paste a response over and over and then close the chat. This has been one of the most aweful customer service experiences I’ve had. My order still says estimated delivery dec 3.
This is a huge blunder for sure, and as much as it isn’t a problem if this was coming from China, their warehouse is maybe 20 minutes from my home, so there is clearly something else going on.
Don’t lie to your customers Bambu, it’s unbecoming. You will lose their trust
No, SEUR did not contact me, but you can check the status of the shipment using the tracking tool on their website. Or you can check it on 17track.
Canadian here as well - I ordered A1 on Nov 24 and it’s been radio silence as well.
I agree.
People who ordered in October/November have the right to complain and I can understand their infinite frustration but in the meantime people who ordered a couple of days ago and compete in escalation, that’s too much.
Need to be fair before complaining.
Amazon has changed the standard of the delivery and now most are expecting the same for all.
I ordered mine and it is in progress/good way.
It seems that BL has the best product in the market.
That’s the most important.
I prefer to support the current scalability issue BL is facing to get the best product in the market. I hope I will be patient and support this young company if they take the measures in the future to improve.
It seems according the various testimony that BL messed up this year only and people who ordered before did not face similar bottlenecks in the past.

Still nothing of my order from 11/22/24.
I found a supplier here in the US that has the same filament I ordered from BL and its in stock. I placed the same order with the newly found supplier yesterday and Im going to bet I have that order before I get anything from BambuLab.
I cant understand how a company can make such a great product but have such terrible support. Their customer service will be their demise.
I dont have a problem with the products and will continue to buy them . I just wont buy anything directly from the BambuLab US store ever again even if it means paying slightly more somewhere else.
Filaments and expendables are easy to get from other manufacturers but repair parts are different. Thankfully I have found a couple sources for oem repair parts right here in the US without having to go directly to BL.
Like many others though, I am starting to look at other manufacturers and their printers.
In the end I hope we all get our orders or money .

UPDATE 12/21/24
So I placed my order for 10 - refills of PetG - HF back on 11/22/24. I recieved only a copy and paste apology/excuse response to the ticket I submitted after 18 days.
Finally after 21 days they sent me a tracking number but it was only a printed label and not sent to the carrier.
Since that day I ordered we have had over 25 packages delivered to our home. I was actually receiving orders earlier than expected from some vendors.
Two of those packages were filament ordered from Amazon and GigaParts.
I ordered 10 rolls of Elegoo Rapid PetG from Amazon and it came 3 days sooner than I was originally told.
I ordered the same exact BL PetG - HF refills from Gigaparts that I ordered from BambuLabs. Gigaparts had the same bulk pricing as Bambu and they have a huge assortment of filament types and colors.
Gigaparts called AND emailed me because there was one of the colors that had gone out of stock right before my order was filled. They gave me a couple of options and I chose to just changed it to another color.
I had free shipping with the option to pay a little more for expedited shipping but I stayed with the Standard free shipping that said 3 to 5 days
Once my order was filled and ready to ship they sent me a tracking number for FedEx and the package actually MOVED, it wasnt just a BS label sitting there to appease me.
I placed my order with Gigaparts last Tuesday afternoon. It was delivered Today.
Oh yeah, back to my BL order. Well amazingly after 29 DAYS of waiting , it was delivered today.
I am pleased to say that my order from BambuLab was all there and correct. No boxes were crushed but there was no packing filler in the box unlike the order I received from Gigaparts. That order had air-pacs inside filling up any empty space.
I am happy with BambuLabs products but their store and customer service SUCK!!!
I will NEVER order from the BambuLab Store again. I have found a company right here in the USA that can take care of all my BambuLab needs.
I feel horrible for all those who are still waiting and going through what me and many others did.
I will say , Hang in there. Im sure you will get your order. I dont think Bambu has any intention of stealing peoples money and not giving them what they paid for.
They can make a great printer they just dont know how to run a business.
I know these delays have happened in the past so for their sake I hope they get their act together if its not to late.

Just an update from my part. I ordered (within eu) December 2nd, and finally received my package yesterday.
Just a minor issue, with the promised gift which wasn’t included in any shipment (know it may seem silly with everyone not getting their order, however it is a possible $29 dollar loss as per their T&C, that they will only investigate to see if they can do anything).
