since the 1st of december my order has not moved and we are the 18 ! my brother ordered the same day and recieved his order , a friend of mine recieve it to ! it put my company in danger because i cant produce anything ! please do something ! ITS URGENT ! and when we contact your services its autimatic reply , no compensation code for the moment … desapointing …

My order was placed on December 3rd, my printer was not shipped until December 11th after submitting a support ticket. I received the WRONG printer on December 14th. I then submitted a customer service ticket and STILL have not received a response to get the correct printer shipped out to me… This is becoming a bit absurd as there is no live chat, no number to call and only a basic ticketing system to address the issue. Please have someone reach out regarding ticket US241211591003 – Christmas is 7 days away…

I am unsure what that means. Maybe my order has been lost. Maybe they have no idea what is going on. I don’t even know how to refund my items.
Has anyone requested a refund from Bambu? What is the process like?

i ordered filaments and clients are waiting for their order and because i didnt recieve my filaments it makes delay , refunding clients etc
Actually it happened last year too. Or whenever they have a big sale. Or when they state they have products in stock and they don’t.
Please look around for past posts and you will find it scattered through out the year.
They are not a young company anymore, so that is not an excuse.
But i agree that many people have waited 3/5 days and are annoyed already and they shouldn’t while people waiting since october and november are still left in the dark.
In my case i found out a way to have mine delivered after too much time by filling a formal complaint because in Germany laws are tight about customer rights. Now it’s a matter of waiting for the compensation. Also, those 20€ they promissed didn’t arrived yet and to be honest, it’s not a real compensation.

I ordered a P1S Combo with an AMS and received a P1P only… and it’s showing order fulfilled… yah ok.
This is my biggest issue. I ordered something Friday, half of it is already delivered and the other half is supposedly still in Germany. If it was all in stock they shouldn’t have had to split the order.
This happened to me almost three weeks ago as well where package two was delivered in 5 days and package 1 still says this:
C’mon just tell me it’s not in stock but I can order it. Delivery time x or unknown. Then I can make a decision to either wait or to not order it/order it somewhere else.
Right now Bambu says it is shipped but their partners have delivery issues and pulls their hands off of it. I firmly believe these parts are still in China and were never in stock when I ordered them, otherwise you wouldn’t split the order and deliver half promptly and the other half not even after multiple weeks.
The problem I have is I cannot get my filament that I ordered on 12-04-24. There where 4 rolls ordered, one shipped but there was no explanation why the others where not. I created a ticket asking why and all I get is “we will put a rush on it”. If you’re not going to be transparent about what is going, that is also the problem.
I think you need to have a better way of support, not emails. How about a live person on the phone for help.
By the way still no compensation code for the delay that you stated above in your official update.
I am in the same position, same day, same p1s combo, domestic order. Support told me the same reply, blaming UPS tracking suggesting UPS is lying and saying its already in movement.
They are now adding an order lead times on the website so this is a supply issue.
Very unprofessional Bambu. Bambu if its out of stock tell us before we order.

That’s a lot of pain in perspective, you need to return to get the expected printer or a refund while their warehouse and support is on fire.
Hope I will not face the same issue with my P1S combo in transit.
The process seems to be you request a refund on your ticket, they don’t respond for days and then they send a shipping notification to the courier. Then they respond back finally saying that the order has “already left” so they can’t refund you, you’ll have to refuse the package or receive it and return it - it hasn’t actually left yet at this point they’ve just printed a shipping label days after you asked for a refund. Then it sits in shipping label printed status where the courier doesn’t even have your package for at least another week. Then maybe one day it will arrive and you can either refuse it or ship it back on your own dime… then hopefully they will actually read your ticket and maybe give a refund.

I ordered on 9th december and I received filaments today and DPD is planning to deliver the printer tommorow. Poland EU
Sooo funny thing here. Since I created a Ticket at 14:24pm where I stated that I will escelate this case on Klarna, my DPD Status changed at 18:28 to “In Transit” so its on its way to the distribution Center.
So many of us had the same thing happen, that the order was shipped after creating a Ticket,that I dont think it is a coincidence anymore.

I ordered the last Friday (13/12) and 2/3 packages are planned to be delivered this Friday (20/12).
I tricked my local carrier by reprogramming the delivery to tomorrow from the Post office instead to my personal address so I can save one day for my Delivery.
So far DHL for me seems more reliable than DPD.
My last package (bunch of filaments) still did not quit the BL warehouse and I got a generic answer by BL support.
Crossing fingers that my packages are not damaged and correspond to my order.
I ordered on 12/2 a P1S combo with a ton of accessories and today I received 3 PTFE tube connectors and literally nothing else. The smallest package in the world. It’s 12/18 today and nothing else has shipped to me. They were supposed to be shipping the maintenance kit and thats all I got; 3 PTFE tube connectors.
