I wanted to share my recent experience with Bambu Labs to see if anyone else has faced something similar and how it was resolved.
My order was delayed significantly, and although I understand delays can happen, I was supposed to receive a $10 compensation coupon as per their statement, but I haven’t gotten it.
What’s worse is that when the order finally arrived, it was completely wrong. Out of the 8 filaments I ordered, only one matches the color I chose. The rest don’t match at all, and they’re all PLA Basic, which isn’t even the type I ordered.
I’ve already opened a support ticket, but this is the first time I’ve experienced something like this with Bambu Labs. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? How did they handle it for you?

Hi all, just wanted to share my part of the experience. I order the P1S, accessories and filaments. This was on 2 dec.
Luckily on my part there are no faults that happend, except the part of DHL that dropped my PEI plate.
If I remember I will update when the printer has arrived
I have requested a refund of my order. If I don’t receive a reply by Friday, I will contact my credit card company and file a dispute.
This is really poor service. I don’t see why the support team couldn’t help me out instead of telling me to oder again and request a refund.
Why not send me a refund? Or why not send another printer if the first printer is lost?

I have ordered an A1 combo since November 25, 2024. So far I don’t even receive a tracking number ie not shipped yet. However, my friend living in my neighbourhood who ordered the same A1 combo 2 weeks after me has already received the package a week ago. What kind of logic is that? Based on the generic shipping delay update, my package may be shipped on or before December 20, 2024. I hope they are correct. 2 more days to wait if I will ever receive a tracking number. But I have no faith about it
Ordered on nov29. Finally Received the X1C combo last friday… broken. Bed mount broken, frame bend and basically a dead on arrival. Support didn’t even touch the ticket I opened immediately. This is the first experience with Bambu lab, and even if their machines are amazing, everything else is unacceptable.

Do you know what’s the process then to get a refund in case of receiving a defective product.
Can anyone witness that Bambu Lab is collaborative by both paying the parcel return and refund/replacement ? Or they tend to deny and act in bad faith ?
Or should be very cautious before signing the delivery papers and meticulously inspecting the parcel to protect ourselves ?

Ordered a new X1C Combo on dec 14th. Got delivered today (18th of dec).
I live in the Netherlands, it shipped from Germany and was transported by DPD couriers.
Pretty quick service if you ask me! Still a very happy customer here!

I am really disappointed with the service from Bambu Lab. The delivery of the printer took much longer than promised, then the delivery arrived with damage.
Worst of all, they didn’t respond to the ticket I opened for it. That’s a real shame, it doesn’t show any customer friendliness, they don’t pay any attention to you.
I have already asked several times in the ticket for a solution, unfortunately I don’t know how to get a working printer from Bambu Lab.
The question is whether Bambu Lab is really the right choice.

Thank you for the clarification! I have to admit, it’s a bit surprising that the so-called ‘Global Store’ seems to only cover a few countries in Asia. Not exactly what most of us would call ‘global,’ right?
I really hope that one day Latin America will be included in Bambu’s direct sales. It would be great to avoid the overpricing from third-party resellers and have better access to your products. Fingers crossed for the future! (I hope soon!!)
