You would hope, but, it is more likely they will escalate the ticket for someone else to do it ideally the following working day, in my experience it isn’t even as easy as that as I had to escalate twice.
That’s the problem. I can only get it for the sale price until Jan 4th at Microcenter. I don’t want to buy it now and find out that they won’t cancel my order. Or have me send it back.
To be completely honest with you Bambu is the worst company I’ve ever seen. Everything they do seems to be anti consumer.
Ordered A1 on Dec 2nd. ETA for shipping was Dec 24th. On Dec. 26th it got bumped to Jan 3rd. Yesterday (Jan 1st) I got an email for UPS tracking. As of today UPS is still sitting at label created, UPS has not received package yet. I’m in BC.
Did anyone in Canada receive compensation codes? I ordered on the 7th with an ETD ship of “around Dec 24”. I opened a ticket on the 20th asking if there was any update, mostly since the “100% shipped by Dec 20” was unclear (turns out it was EU and US only?). Received a reply 10 days later advising that the printer (A1) is out of stock and that it will ship on January 3rd and for me to he patient… then they marked the ticket as resolved. I replied asking about the compensation (not sure if I fall under it anyways) and was told to check back here.
A few hours later, the shipping label is finally created (26 days after purchasing, 7 business days from the ETD ship) with a delivery date of tomorrow.
We’ll see what happens tomorrow but as most people have experienced, UPS has not received any package, only the label was generated about 13 hours ago.
I am in Montreal, and ordered November 30. They created the label on December 29 and replied to my tickets saying the estimated delivery date (Not shipping date) is January 2. To this date, the tracking status is still the same.

So even if it looks like your order never shipped it might be on the way.
Do you think the printers are still in China, or are they already in Canada but just sitting in a warehouse, waiting for UPS to pick them up? I’m curious because they mentioned ocean freight delays, which would suggest the printers need to travel across the ocean, meaning they’re not in Canada yet. Does that mean they’re still in China, or could they be lying about the ocean freight delays to cover up the fact that the printers aren’t in stock?
They followed up on my ticket and i also spoke with live chat, and both confirmed that the printer was scheduled to be delivered on January 2. However, I have not received anything, and the UPS tracking status still shows “Shipping label created”.
I don’t know if other delivery companies do this but I think USPS stops scanning things when they get really backed up. So if the company they used for yours does the same it might be on the way, don’t lose hope.
At this point i dont care if they delay my order for weeks, but i just hope they refund the shipping fees
For me at least USPS scanned and updated my shipment of the gift filament from when I orderd the P1S. The P1S is being mailed via Fedex, still at label created and shippment info sent to fedex for last week(far less than a lot of the people on here, but still annoying non the less with no real communication from the company about anything shipping/logistics related)
I ordered an A1 on Dec 2nd with the same ETD and on the 20th I got an email with a $30 compensation code to be used after Jan 4th.
My ETD was bumped to Jan 3rd. Got the tracking number yesterday. UPS got my package this afternoon and is set to be delivered on the 8th. I’m in BC and the package is coming from Ontario.
The A1 that I ordered on Dec 2nd was picked up by UPS in Ontario today.
Is it worth buying the a1 mini or its gonna take 40 days.?
During Chat support around Christmas - they told me the delay was port delays in Vancouver. Hopefully they are within Canada. They also said that my order would be shipped on December 23rd as an escalated - lol. I still have not received my A1 Combo and ordered end of November ( I am in Ontario, Canada) May follow up again this evening when chat is available to find out the next promise they will provide. I hope there is some sort of update from the company - the fact they stay so quiet and are so very hard to get customer support from is concerning. Having this be my first experience with 3D printers, there are few times I have wondered if I made the wrong choice
Well I just got off the live chat, they told me that my printer conveniently was shipped 12 hours ago. But I should wait another 3 days for the status on DPD’s page to update… Not sure if this is one of their stalling tactics.

I don’t know what country you are in but if you’re in the US and have a Microcenter store near you they have them in stock for pickup
