My story so far:
All tickets being ignored. DHL shipping status - on the way to DHL warehouse since 24th Dec.
DHL replied that they do not have such parcel with this label number, please contact supplier.
Ping pong.
The same for me. I got a DHL tracking number, but it hasn’t moved since the 24th. It’s still “in transit to DHL.” I haven’t received any response to my complaint from support, and there’s no answer.
I ordered my X1C on December 24th, 2024. When can I expect delivery? I ordered from Germany.
Also, von Bambu keine Reaktion auf irgendwelche Nachrichten oder Tickets und im Chat, von DPD keine Reaktion auf Tickets oder Nachrichten und bei Winit in Bremen, wo das Paket angeblich auf Abholung wartet, auch keine Reaktion. Ich werde dann wohl stornieren. Das ist mit wirklich zu unprofessionell und und doch etwas zu viel Geld um hier ohne jegliche Information zu warten. In Hannover gibt es einen Shop, der noch zwei Geräte lieferbar hat. Dort kann ich bequem hinfahren.
Hier wurde einfach die versprochene Lieferzeit nicht eingehalten, Feiertage hin oder her. Man könnte damit leben, wenn es irgendeine Reaktion der beteiligten geben würde, aber so ohne jegliche Reaktion geht das gar nicht.
UPDATE:
Just got off with the DHL. They told that shippings in Europe are handled by Deutsche Post, if they do some delays, you will not see any movement in your tracking. Customers in Germany might never see any update in their tracking. Customers abroad most likely get their updates when the package arrives in destination country or another big terminal. Since its Deutsche post and it is just after holiday period, expect 1-2 week delays.
If by the end of next week you will not get any updates, then you can start loosing your mind

It seems that Bambu Lab is really good at creating shipping labels to lock in orders and horrible at shipping orders. I have a bunch of filaments that i have ordered and only 1 roll has come, it came by USPS. The rest of my filaments claim to be fulfilled but have yet to even be handed over to UPS. Every single one of the filaments I ordered claim to be in stock and still show in stock.
This is ridiculous.
So has anyone actually done an order cancellation / credit card chargeback?
How hard is that to do with these guys if the shipping label is printed but its sitting in limbo?

I got the free gifts from Bambu… but the printer has been ‘sitting’ waiting for DHL to transport it from Germany lol, this thread is not really reassuring its gonna be here anytime soon. Thanks for the 2 spools of filament gift… i guess?
Just got an email from Bambu extending the delay from Dec 30 to Jan 10. No coupon attached.
Have you tried live chat. These are times in China so you’ll have to convert them to Your time zone.
The live chat support will be available during the following times:
Weekday: From 9am to 9pm (UTC+8)
Weekend: From 9am to 6pm (UTC+8)
Looks like you might be EST time zone. If so then it would start at ,8PM for you.
Get there EARLY to get a decent spot in line as it can take a long time before they get to you

Update from here: Got my tracking details on the 31st of December and the order is marked as shipped in their system but naturally UPS has yet to receive anything two working days later.
I was able to get on the live chat. Girl said she would cancel my order. It would take a couple of days. She also said I would get an email confirmation in a few hours. That hasn’t happened yet.
I guess I’ll find out if she was telling the truth soon enough.
I’ll be going down to Microcenter to pick one up tomorrow. Crazy how they restocked Microcenter and left the people who have been waiting for over a month on their own.
Ordered Dec 6th. They provided a pre-shipment tracking number but it has not been received by USPS. I am fine with waiting but not when the estimated date isn’t even close.
