Bambu Studio no longer connects to printer

Adding a new P1P to my account doesn’t work either via App Error: -7
Wlan OK
Cloud : Europe

Thank you for this, it’s much appreciated. I almost made a ticket until I decided to scroll through forums and I’m not the only one. Shame it’s lasted this long but the LAN only mode helps instead of the ole’ SD card

Logout of your account from the Bambu Studio app. I didn’t figure out a way to have it while logged in - probably it must be done with the cloud and then it will work, idk yet.

it works again for me, hopefully it stays like this now

Over 24 hours later and I’m still not able to connect to the printer. Already did a reset, login/logout, etc. but without success.

PLEASE FIX THIS NOW!!!

Not sure if this is still the cloud mate. Check your connections. The logout thing was in case you wanted to move to lan-only.

That should always work.

The Cloud server was down (apparently) for a short time (yesterday). Is up and running again. At least here in Europe.

After a second reset it is working again.

Not good at all.

I use Octopi on my remote located Anycubic printers and operate/view them over wifi, why can’t Bambulabs do this?

#1 get rid of the picture with your printers ID on it

Right now a stranger can send a gcode to your printer without your permission

#2 check your internal file memory

I find when mine stores more than a few files my printer will act up with connection issues, first layer issues, and false spaghetti detection

Only thing I figure that may cause this is the memory being too full for the processor because since I’ve deleted the stored files that didn’t come factory on my printer there’s been no hiccups or errors

If thats the case and you have externally sent and internally stored files hold your finger on the file and delete it or them

After that close Bambu Studio, reopen and try to connect again

I think of it like a cellphone, when the memory gets too full your phone will start acting up

Obviously different but the not so Obviously sort of the same

Hello, Read through this thread and didn’t see an answer like I experienced.
I sent a print, it failed, I retried the print from the machine’s lcd. once doing this, I lost connection. When the print finished, I rebooted the machine and connection was restored. I think doing a offline/offcloud print interrupted my ability of the studio software to monitor the machine. Like putting it in lan mode, if its not printed from the cloud, the machine may not respond to the cloud requests?
Just a thought to explore.

Same Issue two days after update and still cannot connect.

X1c says the preset settings from Bambi studio are incompatable with my printer how do I fix? And Bambi won’t let me make my own post only comment on others :man_facepalming:t2:

Make sure you have the correct printer selected otherwise it will give you that error.

Hello,
For the past two weeks I’ve had exactly the same problem.
I’m on a corporate network, the pcs can ping the printers with no worries, the printers do the connection test successfully but I get an account connection error message (the same as the one posted on the first post of this feed). A priori it’s coming from the cloud, but nothing I’ve been able to test has worked. reboot the x1c and the pcs, update the printers and the bambu studio application, change the account (I’ve made another one to see if it’s not some parameter that’s causing the problem).
Is there anything else I can test?
Thank you for your help,

Hi, I have the same problem today. Aftre a few months I was going to start some prints, but I cant connect from my PC, bambu studio, I dont see my printer. A few days ago I have changed my home router to mesh, but I dont think, it has something to do with it, because I can connect to my printer from my BambuHandy. But I need my PC, you have some solution please? (I tried to downgrade my FW, upgrade too, but nothing helped). Thanks a LOT!

I had the same Problem, could not connected the Studio to the Printer. So I logged in with my Account to the Studio again and immediately the Studio made the Printer connection. You should try that way,

Same error, they have to fix this! I tried literlary everything, from ping to Firewall options… Nothing works!!!
