Hi, does anybody know if its normal or not when the belt in the right back corner is moving up and down while moving ?
And it is normal that there are some rubbs off on the rolls? (in the picture)
Best regards

It is very hard to get a belt with multiple direction changes to track correctly. Tracking is the term used to describe how the belt is moving compared to the pulleys or cogs or whatever term is used in your neck of the woods. If the belt drifts across the face, it’s not tracking as well as it could. This can be caused by a bunch of things. Belt tension, pulley alignment and outside forces against the edge are common causes. I would say the only thing i would try is to follow the belt tensioning procedure found here,
I’m not sure what you mean by the nubbs off the rolls but if you are referring to the vertical lines on the back of the belt, they are kind of normal. It may also be from the belts being too tight. If you mean that there is material coming off the ribbed side of the belt, you do have a problem with tracking and should attempt the tensioning procedure. If the belt still wanders and continues to be damaged, you should open a ticket. It may be that the belt is damaged and will never track correctly. It could be spliced poorly or it could have a broken strand of whatever reinforcement fiber is used. Sometimes it’s steel, in others it’s Kevlar.
Thank you for your fast answer.
My english is not the best, so sorry for that.
I did the tensioning procedure as discribed in the wiki but without better results
You are welcome and your english is fine.
You may want to open a ticket to see if Bambu has anything to say. They may just say it’s normal or they may offer a fix.
@bfz4bktm47 Hello, could I ask you how did you solve it? I am having the same issue and dont know what to do :-/
