brand new AMS2 Pro connected to a P1s, which is failing to retract filament in Slot 4.
All other slots working fine, but this one is really struggling. Whenever I get the error, and go check, the only way I’ve managed to “unstick” it is to simply pull up on the filament after clicking “fixed” to provide assistance to the motors until it clears whatever the issue is and then can proceed on its own.
Any ideas?
