Build failure detection but not spaghetti

i had a catastrophic build failure on my X1E (caused by lack of adhesion on cool plate, i have another concern about that) that wasnt detected and i was surprised. Spaghetti detection works fine but this failure isnt detected.
Has anyone had this sort of thing detected by their printer? it has caused me concern for future prints.

Yes, it’s to other people before:

thanks, useful thread. they don’t mention error detection either. so it seems blobs of doom aren’t detected then

Ive had it detected on a A1 , which i think actually made it worse by pushing the filament up the nozzle , with its detection system

hmm, it’s all getting a bit worrying. there are actually slice files out there that are dangerous to my printer’s health :grimacing:

I dont know enough about gcode to reply to that ,other than i have noticed flow rates appear to of been added, on a files initial load ( changes )
