Can I change certian defaults in my P2S?

I find settings I like and would like for them to be defaults and I’d like to know if I can modify my printers settings.

Case in point, I’d prefer my Seam to be Random by default, and to not have to go and set it for whatever I am printing every time I start a new project.

If I could make my printer default to a random seam. The easiest way possible, Please.
