Cannot print through cloud

After playing around some more I was able to “send” the file over Lan (not connected with a wire though) instead of using “Print plate”, change it to send and send it to the sd card on the printer and then search the sd card on the printer to print.

I did try to put the 3mf file on the card while it was in my laptop and the printer can read it but it didn’t tell me the time or usage of filament. “Sending” it did show those options.

Look at my second post it says that the pint is waiting at the printer, it’s in the folder icon it just isn’t auto starting the print

Looks like it is fixed now.

I have the same problem, the print is sent to the sd card but it does not start automatically.

I think everybody has this issue. Please solve it as soon as soon as possible.

Status indicates: „cloud services operational“, „no incidents“

Does Bambu Lab ignore our complaint??

It works for me.

Try to restart printer and Bambu Studio.

I have exactly the same problem :face_with_head_bandage:

Hello,

We apologize for the downtime period. Please note that the issue has been solved, so there should be no other problem with starting print.

If you still have issues, please try the following:

  • Reboot the printer
  • Log off from the printer and the slicer, then log in again
  • Ensure that the network connection is active.

In case the problem persists, open a new ticket and our CS team will help

Thanks
Ciprian

There was a partial outage displayed which has been fixed this morning.

Im having a " Failed to Connect to the Server" error message, therefore i cannot print through cloud. Have to send file via FTP. i’m wondering if its the same issue as described in this thread.

try to do this:

 Reboot the printer
Log off from the printer and the slicer, then log in again
Ensure that the network connection is active.

it worked for me. Prints from PC.

I got the same issue lucky iam a pc technical myself but took me long to sovle it because I never thought this could be possible but:

Solution : you have something near you router what is interference the 2.4ghz network that happens due of small electric machines near the router solve the interference and you are good to g go in my case it was 2 raspberry pi s.

Glad I could help you with this.

It was so strange because the printer was connected but I could not ping it and it log out my bambu account always

But lucky I solved it

Thanks it worked. i think the log out / relog in from bambu studio was what i needed.

There is absolutely no need to use external cloud service to send a print job to a printer located in the same local network. BambuLab if you are listening please allow for this simple option, you’ll save bandwidth costs in the process while doing us a favor.

I have the same problem. Bambu Studio and Bambu Handy both have no connection to the cloud right now.

Yep, problem here as well this morning. Was working around 5am EST, but it crashed in the past half hour or so. I reinstalled BS which was kind of a mistake as it also cannot download the network plugin, and downloading it manually using their guide here:

Yep same here, network down, did work once this morning but now the cloud isnt seeing any printers.
